In the heart of the 44 hectares and in an enchanting setting, you will enjoy the beaches within walking distance and the surrounding shops ("Hortense" restaurant, "le 44" bar). Located at the tip of Cap Ferret between the bay sea and the ocean!! At the end of the garden, direct access to the coastal path with the choice of access to ocean beaches with fine sand dunes and waves or beach on the bay side 5 minutes' walk away. Shops, market, restaurants and oyster tastings are 10 minutes by bike.

Contemporary villa with all comforts. Close to sea and ocean. Living room 70 m2, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Foosball, pool table. Carport. Beautiful terrace with barbecue and plancha. 1300 m2 of enclosed land on state forest. The pinball machine shown in the picture is only decorative. All standard size beds except one of 160. Pillows and duvets for each bed. Linens for easy access. No wifi but connection sharing possible with all phone networks.

My place is close to the beach (3-min walk), local shops (butcher, pharmacy, clothing stores). My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). It includes: a living room with TV, Wi-Fi access and fireplace, a fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms including 3 with bathroom and 2 with toilet. Separate toilet. A garage with a beach shower and washing machine. Barbecue.
