We had a lovely stay at Fernand with our friends. The house and garden are very pleasant for staying in (matches the photos and extremely clean). Fernand is a friendly person who welcomed us very warmly and introduced us to the region,and in addition we were able to enjoy excellent weather.

Charming little surf house, nestled in the heart of a shaded garden. Everything is arranged and tastefully decorated, we immediately felt very good. Although she is not there, Elodie made sure that our arrival was in the best possible way. The house has all the necessary amenities, and Elodie offers bikes and boats, ideal for enjoying the marina to the fullest. We would definitely recommend it.

Above all, we were thrilled that we were allowed to live in the apartment as if it belonged to us. You could tell: the owners live there themselves. We were allowed to use and consume everything that was available - of course, we replaced what we consumed. As a welcome, we got a small breakfast, coffee was there - and a bottle of white wine. The location with a covered south balcony was wonderful, the beach right below us, and with the bikes we could reach everything - the Dune du Pilat, the Cap Ferret and the city of Arcachon itself. I'm sure we'll be back in a couple of years. 1700 km journey was a lot, though...

Listing totally as described and even better! It has everything you need. Great stay, everything is nearby, the beach and the view are an amazing luxury! We loved it. Communication with Anne-Sophie was fluid: she is very nice, responsive to answer in case of question, gives good addresses... thank you very much for everything! We lacked nothing and we will know where to go if we want to come back to the area, without hesitation!
