House vacation rentals in Lège-Cap-Ferret

We had a super relaxing week in the beautiful house of Serge! We enjoyed the very tasteful decor and a dream garden with pool and various seating options very much. We rented bicycles to get around the village faster, as the house is located in a quiet residential area. Wonderful for sleeping. Only the third "bedroom" is not a real room but a passageway. But this is also shown in the description. We lacked nothing and we recommend the house without reservation! Thanks, Serge!

Great stay as a family We recommend

The cottage is very nice and absolutely recommended. It is lovingly furnished and the furnishings are well thought out. The floor plan is very suitable for a relaxed and restful stay. Even a basic set of spices and vinegar as well as oil are available in the kitchen. Also dish soap, etc. In addition, detergent was also available for the washing machine. We felt very comfortable and were happy about the well-functioning air conditioning on some days, when it was very hot. The whole house is a highlight, but especially the terrace and the swimming pool to the south side as well as the outdoor kitchen are a great pleasure. In addition, there is ample space for several cars on the property without any problems. The landlord Patrice is a very friendly and accommodating host. He communicated excellently, was always available and always responded within a very short time when we had a question.

We are a family of 4 from New York and we had a great holiday at Myriam's house. The house is superb, renovated, furnished with great taste, and there is everything you need in terms of equipment in kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room (smart tv and canal plus). Beautiful back terrace next to the indoor kitchen with plancha and barbecue. The pool is at the front of the house and is superb. It is heated and there is sofas, table and sun loungers around to rest. The house is quiet and no noise both during the day and during the night. The house is perfectly located in Lege, halfway between Arcachon and Pointe du Cap Ferret, and there is Grand Crohot beach 5 min by car (easy to park) or 10 min by bike (bike path) . Myriam was perfect, super nice, very flexible for Check in and out, and always available to answer questions quickly and give advice . Everything was great!!

We loved this quiet and very private property. It was the perfect location - 5 minute walk to Horizon beach, 10 minutes to a well-stocked Auchon grocery store, 10-15 minutes to the daily marché and loads of restaurants and shops. Marie was a responsive, friendly and responsible host. Several light bulbs died while we were there- in a bathroom and two bedrooms- which was a bit odd but not overly problematic, and they were out to replace them within minutes. One thing that didn’t quite fit the description was that it’s not what I consider central air conditioning. There are two large wall units in the living and kitchen area, and 1 in the upstairs bedroom that cool down those spaces incredibly well. The 4 downstairs bedrooms do not have units and it got warm back there on the hottest nights. We slept with doors open to get what we could out of the AC which wasn’t ideal. It’s not a deal breaker for us, but could be improved with fans. Still, overall, an excellent stay!

We had a great time with the family at this lovely spacious and comfortable house very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The outside was perfect for the kids. Isabelle and Jérôme are responsive, welcoming hosts, good advice and attentive to our needs. You just have to have a car as the beach and activities are not close to the house.

We had a pleasant stay at Elika's. The house is very cozy, it feels good there. Ideally located close to the beaches and all shops. Elika is very accommodating and welcoming.

Great house in a quiet area, but close to bike paths. Room for everyone, with 3 beautiful bedrooms, and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy the sun. Very friendly and super-responsive hosts who gave us some great tips on sightseeing. Recommended +++

We had a pleasant stay at Sandrine's in her accommodation in Lacanau very close to the south beach and its city center. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the exteriors offered, the garden and terrace very well arranged with a calm allowing to hear the ocean. Once again, Sandrine

This is a great property, ideal for a couple of families with 4 double bedrooms with good beds. Big TV, internet ok, nice kitchen with big fridge/ice maker. It's modern and clean, and the pool, while not enormous, is nice. It has full aircon which was critical in the recent +35 degrees C heatwave. Walking distance to shops/the port with the seafood shacks, and the local beach. Also close to waterpark and other kids activities. Close enough to all the local activities and destinations. Not cheap, but worked well for us. Had to check out at 9.30am on the last day though which was a bit early! Gated parking only has space for 1 car, but you can park additional cars on the adjacent street.

This is a really great house to stay at. In fact, you would like to live here;) It is spacious, stylishly furnished, complete and equipped with all (modern) comforts. Also, attention has been paid to details, such as smell, bedding, and decoration. Everything is focused on modern comfort. The cottage is located in a small and quiet village south of La-Teste-De-Buch, which is surrounded by a large military air base (which does not bother you otherwise). Upon arrival, it is a bit of a search for the entrance, which is a bit tucked away from the road. But once you know, it's fine with the instructions. A lovely place as a base for Gironde/Arcachon!

We had a lovely stay at Julien's house. The house is very nice, bright, it is tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very peaceful, the pool is a plus that was much appreciated.
