Just 800 m from the swimming pool, 300 m from the bakery and Intermarché, and 150 m from the bike path. Very quiet neighborhood. Pretty little house typical of the Basin located at the bottom of the garden of our property, with its independent entrance and outdoor parking. It is located 15 minutes from the ocean beaches, 10 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon and close to the city center of La Teste. It has an area of 32 m2 and has a terrace. Rated 3 stars It is comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant and quiet stay. This listing is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
