Check in was easy. Junior was easy to communicate with. Place was nice. Enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect couples getaway. This villa was in the perfect location, close to the airport and about 10-15 mins away from all the hotels and local shops. I would recommend renting a car it's cheaper for sure. Jeffrey was very responsive and let us check in way earlier than planned, he also had drinks in the fridge for us which was so kind of him! We explored all the beaches and Jeffrey had some beach chairs that we could borrow which was great. If I could add something to the villa it would be a full length mirror for those outfit checks :) Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at the house, it was quiet when we were there, stores and food all walkable distance. There is a wagon with beach toys and chairs also which was a wonderful addition. We had a great experience here. It was clean, cozy and very easy to get to town. GPS took me down the wrong road but host was great at keeping in touch and we figured it out easily it was just one road off not a big deal. I highly recommend this location. The beach at the ritz was our personal favorite

It’s hard to put into words what an amazing trip we had and how much this wonderful place contributed to that. It was quiet, private, and even had a private beach within walking distance. Everything you needed for cooking was in the kitchen, and the rooms are nicely separated for privacy. Our favorite part was Soldier, our island dog, who loved to walk us to the beach every day and was waiting for us when we woke up. The location of this place was great and that it is close to grocery shopping, the airport and some cute restaurants. We will definitely plan to visit again. Great place with great hosts!

Absolutely perfect stay! This place exceeded all our expectations — beautifully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the beach. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

Gregory’s place and hospitality is 10/10. The home was very clean and well decorated. The appliances are all modern and the fridge had a bag of ice available to use. I truly felt at home and safe. I loved how private the house is and still not far from the popular Grace Bay area. Definitely affordable compared to how expensive the island is overall. I will renting from Gregory again!

Ocean Orchid was absolutely amazing. My family (wife, 4 y/o and 3 mos old), plus grandparents, stayed here for a full week. Nearby beach is super peaceful (like no one ever) and great for little kids. The backyard pool and sandpit was a big hit with our oldest, who just couldn't get enough of the table in the water and the big boat. Won't lie, I had fun watching the fish from the infinity pool. Karen was a wonderful host. Went above and beyond A+ hospitality. Upon arrival, there were some great snacks. She even went out and got us some super soft linens and an infant bath chair for our baby. All in all, would highly recommend staying here. Great location if you want to be away from the hussle and bussle, but still 15-20 minute to anything on the island, clean and always cool inside. Views were great from the decks (yes, two decks). If this is available during your travels, don't hesitate.

We spent four nights here and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The place was very neat and clean, provided beach items and towels, and was very easy to find using Elizabeth’s directions. There were a variety of beach recommendations and food options. Mary’s across the street had some of the best food! We also greatly enjoyed Hemingways not too far away. Renting a car is best as the location is about a 10-15 minute drive from main tourist area in Grace Bay. We loved Chalk Sound and found it to be a more secluded and calm beach with amazing water. Sam’s Club was great for finding cheaper food items. We enjoyed our anniversary trip and would definitely stay again! Amazing view of the beach and comfortable bed!

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Great stay! The location was very central, quiet, and safe. Danielle provided us with many great recommendations and was extremely responsive throughout our entire stay. You definitely need a car to fully enjoy the island so it was amazing have one included with the stay, as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. We felt safe the entire time and the location is very quiet and peaceful. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay at the Old Beach House! The place was spacious and comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked, and we made good use of the snorkel equipment and beach chairs. Our kids loved playing with Buster and Boxer, and enjoyed Buster accompanying us to Da Conch Shack on the beach. Overall a really great stay and well located to experience all the great beaches in Turks and Caicos!

Elesia place was very clean and looked even better than the pictures!! I love how her rental is stocked with towels, beach chairs, games etc. The location is perfect as it is right in grace bay, near crackpot kitchen. I had a rental car so the private gate and parking was perfect for me. Anytime I needed anything Elesia made sure to respond promptly, which I really appreciated. The only cons I would have was the ants (which are pretty normal in Turks) you just have to make sure you don’t leave any food out. Also, it was raining so there was a few frogs outside and about two managed to get inside. Regardless I would still stay here again!!

Ulma’s place was great. Just a few minutes drive from the airport and walkable to many great restaurants in the area. Very close to Smith Reef which is where we went snorkeling 3 days of our trip. The kitchen was well-stocked and ready for preparing meals at home. The entire house was super clean. We really enjoyed the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and drinks at night. It was a very quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. The central AC worked very well. Great showers with plenty of hot water. Having a washer and dryer was also super convenient. Ulma provided nice, heavy beach towels, beach chairs and lots of other beach items which was so thoughtful. She was very easy to communicate with and provided thoughtful recommendations for our stay. We even had an incident with our flight being grounded for 2 days at the end of our trip. She was kind enough to offer us the place for an extra night if we needed it. Amazing!! I would highly recommend Ulma’s place!

Peter was the nicest Airbnb host I have ever had. the unit was very clean and exactly how described. The Villa is very safe and has security that walks around at night time and all around the property has cameras. The unit is one of the best options available at the Villa in my opinion as it is right next to the pool and hot tub. there is a caretaker nearby that can help with anything and he was extremely professional and very responsive when I needed help with the safe. I appreciated that they provided a bolted down safe for our passports and cash. there are several walking distance restaurants, however the host provides a rental car. the rental car place is right next to the Airbnb and they give you a ride back to the airport. the rental car was waiting at the airport for me which was extremely nice. this was definitely my favorite Airbnb experience and I will never forget it.

Loved staying here and would absolutely rent again. The place has everything you need for a stay, and it's great central location for exploring the island. The condo is quiet, spacious, and clean. The view from the balcony patio is gorgeous! The pool is fabulous. The nearby restaurants are good, you can walk to get a coffee in the morning if you don't make your own. This place has all the extras that elevate your beach vacation: in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler. He even provides a bucket you can fill with water to wash the sand off your feet before entering the unit. I had to leave my reservation early due to a family emergency and the local manager was immediately responsive and kind. I can't wait to stay here again!

We stayed at Matt & Erin’s for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was amazing! Definitely off the beaten path and remote and peaceful. Their recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and things to do around the island were superb! We loved being able to walk out of the condo straight to the beach and enjoy morning coffee during sunrise! There is some seaweed along the beach but they thoroughly explain that it is for the overall health of the marine/sea life. There are areas not far down the beach that had little to no seaweed. We absolutely loved our time here and will hopefully be back soon!!

Just as advertised. Clean and very close to Smith Reef Beach. as others have mentioned, a car is a must. we had a great trip.

We had a great stay at La Vista Azul. Roberto was super attentive and gave us great recommendations so we knew how to plan our vacation. We loved the location it was easy walking distance to a few great restaurants, we could easily walk to Smith’s reef from this location for some great snorkeling (and turtle sightings) , and the location made it easy for us to travel to all of the beaches we wanted to see. It was a very quiet location and felt very safe with a gated entrance and security guards on site. The pools and views were amazing! I would absolutely return to this location and highly recommend Roberto as a host.
