Gated Villa w Pool. Walk to GraceBay Beach & Shops

MeganRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful time at the house, it was quiet when we were there, stores and food all walkable distance. There is a wagon with beach toys and chairs also which was a wonderful addition. We had a great experience here. It was clean, cozy and very easy to get to town. GPS took me down the wrong road but host was great at keeping in touch and we figured it out easily it was just one road off not a big deal. I highly recommend this location. The beach at the ritz was our personal favorite

Luxe Villa | Infinity Pool, Rooftop & Sunset Views

Wow, wow, and again—WOW! One of the best vacations I’ve ever had! The villa is brand new, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped. Two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and outdoor shower, open onto a stunning infinity pool facing the endless blue sea. The open-concept kitchen and living area between the bedrooms offers the ideal blend of privacy and togetherness—perfect for a couple, friends, or family. And the rooftop? A dream for stargazing. Every detail is thought of 3 (!) coffee machines, BBQ, Sonos, beach towels, umbrellas, chairs - you name it. The gated property and beautiful driveway add a true sense of privacy and exclusivity. And Shiri, the host, was amazing! so warm, responsive, and helpful throughout. She gave us great recommendations and even helped us book a jet ski tour that was unforgettable. As a gay man, I felt safe, welcome, and truly at home—Shiri’s allyship meant so much. I’d come back every year if I could. Truly perfect in every way.

Sapodilla Bay - Walk to the Beach!

JenniferRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Amazing location if you're looking for something more quiet and private. The villa was clean, very comfortable bed, and nice amenities. The view of the Chalk Sound from the rooftop is unreal! It was walking distance to Sapodilla Bay which was so convenient and Ari has a wagon, cooler, and chairs you can bring if you'd like. You definitely need a car if you plan to stay here - it was a 20 minute drive to many of the restaurants and other beaches we visited. I miss it already and would absolutely stay here again.

Private Villa w chef, gym, pickleball, bocci & mor

LeticiaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This property was so clean and beautiful. I had high expectations going there because of the pictures and videos I had seen but it was even beautiful in person. The host, Simon came to introduce himself and was very nice. They were very responsive, I mean very responsive. They only took about 1-3 minutes to respond to you whenever you chat with them through the guest portal. Check in was smooth as well as check out. My husband and I felt like the only ones on the property as it was very private and that was the main reason why we chose white villas. My husband didn’t wanna leave at the end of the stay because of how comfortable he got. We had an amazing stay overall and will definitely come back

Secluded 3 BR Villa on Taylor Bay -Place De La Sol

GabrielleRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had an amazing vacation at this beachfront home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The drinking water dispenser was much appreciated. The private pool and water toys were a big hit with the family. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for everyone. The screened in patio was comfortable after a day at the beach. The house had a few minor challenges. The light in the shower was out and the AC in the kids room was not kicking out cold air. We did let the property manager know. The backyard had limited privacy since it’s shared with the other neighbors across the street. Their high balcony looks right into the french doors over the garage. There are no curtains! Overall, the place is nice and clean.

Pelican View #4 amazing beach views

AlishaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We spent four nights here and it was so beautiful and peaceful. The place was very neat and clean, provided beach items and towels, and was very easy to find using Elizabeth’s directions. There were a variety of beach recommendations and food options. Mary’s across the street had some of the best food! We also greatly enjoyed Hemingways not too far away. Renting a car is best as the location is about a 10-15 minute drive from main tourist area in Grace Bay. We loved Chalk Sound and found it to be a more secluded and calm beach with amazing water. Sam’s Club was great for finding cheaper food items. We enjoyed our anniversary trip and would definitely stay again! Amazing view of the beach and comfortable bed!

🌴 YOUR FABULOUS APARTMENT IN PARADISE 🌞

HeatherRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Loved staying here and would absolutely rent again. The place has everything you need for a stay, and it's great central location for exploring the island. The condo is quiet, spacious, and clean. The view from the balcony patio is gorgeous! The pool is fabulous. The nearby restaurants are good, you can walk to get a coffee in the morning if you don't make your own. This place has all the extras that elevate your beach vacation: in-unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler. He even provides a bucket you can fill with water to wash the sand off your feet before entering the unit. I had to leave my reservation early due to a family emergency and the local manager was immediately responsive and kind. I can't wait to stay here again!

1 Bedroom Luxury Grace Bay Condo in Best Location

AnnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I’ve been to a lot of places in the Caribbean and stayed at a lot of airbnbs. This is the perfect location for Turks. The amenities and communicated I received were really great. The money was well spent and I would love to be back (after I’m done travelling the Caribbean). The only thing that I can say that impacted my stay was a 10 am check out. I’d prefer it if we’re 11 am especially cause my flight was at 7 pm and due to the incredible accommodations and location it was fully booked. Furthermore, the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9:40 and we asked for 20 more minutes to clean and throw away the trash. At first she was a bit hesitant, which was a bit hard considering we paid until 10 am. However, Adam allowed me to stay on the premises until I left for my flight later that day. My advice is, if you have a flight in the evening pay for the extra day or go to a beach house (I went to the Rockhouse). Overall, great stay and I highly recommended!

Luxe Studio - Grace Bay - (5-7-min walk to Beach)

AgathaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a wonderful stay in a fantastic location. The beach is about a 7-minute walk away, but note that it’s a private beach (part of The Sands), which we technically didn’t have access to. We brought the beach chairs provided by Rick, which made it obvious we weren’t guests. Thankfully, the staff let us stay that time, but we couldn’t go back. I highly recommend renting a car — it’s a great way to avoid expensive taxi fares and makes it easier to get to restaurants, which aren’t within easy walking distance. We drove everywhere, and it was only a 3–6 minute drive to all the local dining spots. Rick’s place was spotless and the pool was amazing — my husband and I relaxed there one afternoon, though we mostly spent our time at the beach. Overall, a 5-star stay. Thank you for hosting us — we’ll definitely be back!

A great deal for the air bnb and photos don’t do it justice because it is so spacious, clean, and beautiful on the inside! Worth what we paid. The spot is semi private with a patio area with greenery. You can walk the beach from the condo easily, restaurants, coffee shop, and ice cream nearby. Can see the ocean from the pool area. Would recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Villa Kaya-Yellow Suite W/Golf Cart-Ocean Front

BonnieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Villa Kaya was a great place to stay on Grand Turk Island. The golf cart was icing on the cake! Unfortunately, we timed our vacation a little off (Thur-Tue) because we were there in between grocery stores stocking their shelves and the cruise ships being import. So there was limited groceries to purchase and no restaurants or shops open until cruise ship day, which was our last day there. But we spent a lot of time at Governors Beach, which was beautiful and we were always the only ones there so it was like having a private beach. Snorkeling is great there and the water is crystal clear! The beach by Villa Kaya is not one you would want to necessarily spend time on, but the house is up on a bluff and the scenery of the ocean right out your back door is so beautiful. There’s always a wonderful warm breeze. Sunrises are beautiful there. Sunsets are on the other side of the island. If we ever go back to Grand Turk Island, we would definitely want to stay at Villa Kaya!

Your guide to Turks and Caicos Islands

All About Turks and Caicos

Forming an archipelago of around 100 low-lying coral islands and cays in the Atlantic Ocean between the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic, the Turks and Caicos Islands are famed for their postcard-perfect tropical scenery and abundant marine life. There are sugar-white beaches, turquoise lagoons, and lakes where flamingos flock, along with mangroves and wetlands for picturesque kayaking and paddleboarding. The warm waters offshore are teeming with turtles and starfish to spot while snorkeling. Bonefishing on the Caicos Banks is another major draw here, and you might even see humpback whales making their journey back to the Caribbean over the winter.

Turks and Caicos is made up of two island groups — the small Turks Islands to the east and their larger Caicos Islands neighbors to the west — divided by the Columbus Passage, which spans over 20 miles. Providenciales to the west of the main island chain is home to the 1600s settlement of Blue Hills on the northwestern coast and world-famous Grace Bay Beach, with its calm, aquamarine waters and grassy sea oats. Further east on Middle Caicos, you’ll find the Conch Bar Caves — a limestone overground cave system.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Turks and Caicos Islands

Turks and Caicos typically experience more sunny days and less annual rainfall than other Caribbean countries, and mild to warm sea temperatures make water sports an option all year round. An ideal time for Turks and Caicos vacation rentals is winter, when sun-seekers can escape colder climes. Humpback whales migrate from the North Atlantic to the warmer waters of the Caribbean from December through April. February, March, and April offer mild weather conditions and smaller numbers of travelers. During Easter, you can join residents in the Kite Flying Festival competitions on Grand Turk, Providenciales, and North Caicos that have been held for over 20 years.

Fewer visitors head here during peak Atlantic hurricane season at the end of summer through fall, but there’s a Conch Festival on Providenciales in November, including conch-blowing competitions among local fisherman and seafood tastings.

Top things to do in Turks and Caicos Islands

Caicos Cays

Make the trip to the small islands between Providenciales and North Caicos and you’ll be greeted by pristine white sand beaches, like the ones at Little Water Cay’s nature reserve, where you can spot native rock iguanas. Bottlenose dolphins might even swim alongside your boat. Leeward Reef to the north of Providenciales is a popular snorkeling location that’s home to yellow and purple sea fans.

West Caicos

Off the south coast of Providenciales, the island of West Caicos features the West Caicos Marine National Park, providing several of the country's top diving sites and coastline caves in limestone cliffs for snorkeling. There’s also excellent birdwatching at Lake Catherine Nature Reserve, a 430-acre saline wetland in the center of West Caicos that’s home to flamingos.

Venetian Road

Hop in a jeep and follow the snaking Venetian Road along the Turtle Tail on the southern coast of Providenciales. You’ll wind your way past wetlands, beachfront homes, and the islands’ shallow Caicos Banks. Thanks to stellar views and infrequent traffic, this scenic route is also popular with runners and cyclists.
