Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Leeward Settlement

OMG...this home is beautiful inside and out..this is perfect place to rent for your next getaway... the host will reply back quickly if you have any questions or concerns... when I come back I'll most definitely check here first to see if available.

Dawnette’s greeted us as we arrived to the house, gave us a tour, and some recommendations on what to do around the area. The house is nice and sets right on the water of chalk sound. There’s a nearby beach that’s great for families and Las Brisas which offers a good dining experience and kayaks onto chalk sound. The area is nice and quiet, but still plenty to do since nothing is too far. We rented a car for the stay. Dawn was an excellent host and the house was very comfortable. When we come back, this will definitely be the place we stay!

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

We could not have asked for a more wonderful stay! Celebrated my husbands Birthday and thourougly enjoyed every moment. The Villa is beautifully appointment and very private. Absolute perfect spot for complete R&R. So thankful I saw the reviews for this before we booked a crowded all inclusive. We took the owners advise and provisioned at the nearby grocery which meant we rarely had to leave the beauty of what felt like our own private beach. Recommend staying here for sure and hope to come back sooner than later.

This house has a lot of space for large parties and very convenient to the beach as well as the happening areas of the town. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Providenciales. Natalie was great with communication and hosting. Thanks

Ritama's place is simply perfect. The house was clean, cool, well furnished, and comfortable. Check in and out was effortless. The included vehicle was a relatively new compact SUV that was perfect for 4 adults. The hosts were quickly responsive with any questions we had and were very friendly/accommodating. They even allowed us to extend our stay an extra night free of charge as we had an issue with flight delays and arrived a day later than we had planned. The residence has everything you could ask for and the location feels much more secluded than touristy. the private pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. You will have your own private beach cabana and there are paddle boards, kite boards, etc available on site. The beach is picture perfect with clean white sand and relatively few people. We had a wonderful time on our vacation and Ritama's place will be our first choice when we return to Turks and Caicos in the future.

Wonderful stay in a unique location. It felt like paradise on earth. Would absolutely recommend or come back. Tox checked us in and was amazing!

Loved this place! Relaxed atmosphere, perfect location, 5 min walk from the beach and local town. The reception helped us to arrange everything from cars to boats and massages. The New Year's Eve cocktail reception was well planned and appropriate for COVID, and the host went to great lengths to ensure we had dinner reservations for New Year's Eve considering the special COVID restrictions on the island. 5 stars, will return.

While the house met all expectations, our host Lisa, exceeded anything we ever experienced with Air B&B or anywhere else. Available anytime of day, with whatever requests we had, and there were many. From her hands on approach before our arrival (car rental, boat rentals, restaurants, beaches, reservations, etc) to an even more personal approach once on the island. Whatever questions we had, they were answered immediately, and when we needed help, someone would show up at the house within 15 mins to help. Be it to get us to a certain destination and help us once there or just to deliver something we unexpectedly asked for. The best compliment we can give is we have already recommended this house to all our friends, and thats 100% based on Lisa. The house is amazing and we enjoyed every minute, but our vacation was amazing due to Lisa. I cannot recommend this place high enough. You will NOT be disappointed

Sebastian was great! He met us when we arrived and showed us all around the property. From what I understand, Sebastian manages other houses but owns this one. You can tell he takes pride in his property. The house was very clean and Spacious! We were a party of 13 and did not feel on top of each other. The lot is huge and pretty private. Great views upstairs of Chalk Sound. It is close to our favorite beach, Taylor Bay Beach, and another great beach, Sapodilla Beach. The pool area provided both Shade and Sun areas. Added bonus: the house is right in the flight path of PLS airport, so if planes are landing from West to East, they would fly right over at about 600-1000ft. We enjoyed the planes on pool days. No flights came over at night. I would recommend Sebastian's property.

We actually had the pleasure of meeting our host. He was amazing. Propane tank was empty. He came right over and replaced it so we can barbecue… Great space looked just like the photos. very clean .. spent some time in the pool as it was amazing nice and warm… everything you need in the kitchen to cook. I really love the fact that we had a refrigerator that had a filtered water dispenser on it and a ice machine as I drink a lot of water lol fantastic look forward to staying there again

When you look up the definition of a 5-star AirBnB this should be the picture. A friendly and responsive host looking to satisfy all your needs—check. An amazing location with lots to do—check. In paradise—check. Our stay at CoCo Gardens was absolutely amazing. We chose to rent a car and I would recommend this as it gave us access to enjoy numerous beautiful beaches across the island. Robin answered all questions we had and was always available in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Loved the outdoor shower, Nova is the friendliest, and we will be back again. If the house fits your groups requirements then don’t miss out and book today!
