Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Leersum

Alexander and Marijete's place was a delightful place to spend a week exploring Haarlem, and Holland. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you would expect to find in a family home and more. This suited us perfectly, and our Toddler really enjoyed playing with the toys and games which were a great bonus. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, in walking (or biking on the included bikes) distance from Haarlem; with a good supermarket also nearby. We used bikes or bus (bus stop 2 mins) to get into town, which allowed us to connect via rail to Amsterdam in around 20 mins. The other great thing about Haarlem is that it is equally close to the beaches of Zandvoort and Bloemendaal. The beaches are clean and have good cafes nearby; we were luck to have great weather all week so had two days at the beach. Other recommends: Delft (pottery and great fleamarket), Zansee Schans (Windmills, clogs and cheese), Efteling (magical theme park) Amsterdam (lots to do!)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Als Ausgangspunkt war sie super gelegen und zur Metro und zum Einkaufen waren nur kurze Wege. Und von der Hektik in der Stadt, tat die Ruhe im Quartier sehr gut. Können dies nur weiter empfehlen. Die beiden sind sehr unkompliziert.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, zona tranquilla, con servizi tutti vicini a 3 km dal centro di Haarlem. Per raggiungere Amsterdam abbiamo utilizzato il treno che in 10 minuti raggiunge la stazione centrale di Amsterdam. Consigliatissimo.

Unsere Familie hat unseren Aufenthalt im Haus von Joost sehr genossen. Wir und unsere drei Kinder hatten viel Platz und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von wo aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Der Gastgeber bietet auch Fahrräder an, die sehr praktisch sind, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Lovely host, we enjoyed the place so much, would recommend for anyone going to Amsterdam! Central is only 30 min train ride from here and station is super close! Beautiful area to stay in and amazing home. The host responded fast, was so helpful and was nice enough to let us drop our bags off before check in! Thank you for hosting!:D

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lex. La maison est agréable, le quartier paisible et l’accueil de Peter très amical. Le train qui passe au fond du jardin n’est absolument pas un problème. Merci à Lex pour tous ses conseil utiles qui ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour !

A lovely, comfortable place in a great neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to a beautiful park and a good tram line. The host is very responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jonas and Lea's house was very warm and cosy. The cat Wammes was very sweet and loved getting cuddles after warming up to us. Beds were very comfortable. Great to have a washer and dryer. It's good to know that the children's bedroom is off the master bedroom and isn't separated. The only toilet is on the first floor, not on the floor where the beds are. The location is excellent, a safe and friendly neighbourhood and close to public transport.

Ik ben goed ontvangen door Kris. Fijne ruimte zoals op de foto’s. Fijn verblijf, privé ruimte, rustige fijne buurt. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig.

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Douwe even gave an extra bed as there were 4 of us. They also prepare some stroop waffles as welcome snack :) Location was really convenient and located in a quiet street. Douwe was also very accommodating and helpful during check in & check out. Will definitely recommend the apartment!

Great location outside the city center but close enough to everything. A lot of great restaurants close by as well.

It's a really special place. The house feels like the 17th C beauty it is, but there is nothing janky or tired about it. A lot of very thoughtful work has been put in. It is light-filled, beautifully cared-for, and perfectly incorporates all modern luxeries. The house is on a quiet street just a few blocks from the center. We had a terrific week there, can't recommend it more highly.

El apartamento es luminoso, cómodo y está bien equipado con todo lo necesario. Está en un lugar tranquilo del centro histórico, a pocos minutos de la zona más turística y a solo 10 minutos de la estación central de trenes (a pie). El anfitrión ha sido muy amable. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

I absolutely loved my 3 week stay here, it has everything you could need. It instantly felt like home and includes many small details that makes your stay easy and pleasant. You can really tell that Han's has given good thought and care into the space. He is an absolutely wonderful host that I hope to stay with again in the future. The location is amazing, as other reviews has said, it's the perfect distance from the city center/centraal station(10-20min). Even if you don't feel like going that far, there are many delicious restaurants within 1 block. Grocery stores, museums, the zoo and plenty else to do within 3 blocks! During the day the neighborhood is lively and active, but it never feels overcrowded. There's a constant stream of pedestrians, bicyclist, bridge raises, and boats passing in the canal to watch. During the night it a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Bonus points for stable and fast wifi and an awesome hot shower. You won't be disappointed staying at Han's😁👍

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

Staying for work and the location was ideal as it was close to other colleagues. The amount of sunlight in the main living area and bedrooms was great. I spent two days working in the living area and it was great to sit in the sunlight. If someone struggles with mobility issues, they might have an issue with the staircase.

Mia was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was cosy and comfortable and In a calm and beautiful area of town. Would definitely go back!

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip mit Freunden Ajays Gäste und waren begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Tolle, saubere Wohnung, schnell erreichbare öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und auch zu Fuß in die Stadt ist es nicht weit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Amsterdam - und die Wohnung liegt super ruhig, aber trotzdem ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Spiel- und Fußballplatz gegenüber hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Dank an die Gastgeber, sie waren sehr freundlich ind immer erreichbar! Gerne wieder!!
