This is a luxury apartment in a new building in Mušlov (a district of the town of Mikulov - 4 km) with an excellent location in the Pálava Protected Landscape Area and only 10 km from the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape. The nearest towns for necessary purchases are Mikulov (4km) or Valtice (10km), or the district town of Břeclav (20km). Nespresso coffee and Leros teas are included in the price of the stay. The apartments are part of a family house in which the owners also live. Guests use separate apartments on the ground floor with a private terrace and their own facilities.

On the ground floor there is: a room for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, two cookers, electric oven, kettle) and a sofa (can be used as a bed for 1 person), a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub. On the 1st floor there is a room for 4 people. Parking is available in the driveway or in the yard. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. Within a 10-minute walk there are restaurants, shops and a fitness center. Easy access from the D2 highway.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. Parking is available by the house or in the garage. There is an indoor swimming pool and a covered terrace in the garden.

All rooms have access to a spacious terrace with seating. From the terrace, stairs lead to the upper terrace overlooking Pálava and the hot tub, available from May to September. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We offer guests recommendations for local winemakers and interesting tourist destinations. There is a shop and several restaurants near the house.

The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.
