Marco is an open host for guests. He was very willing to help. Responded quickly and specifically to questions. He provided very detailed instructions for check-in and stay. The apartment was very well prepared to welcome guests. Comfortably decorated, spacious and clean. It had everything you needed. A very big advantage for people focused on traveling in Tuscany by public transport is the location of the apartment close to the train station. It's worth adding that despite the proximity of the train station and the airport, it was quiet and you could really relax after day trips. We highly recommend and thank you for everything Marco. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it was perfectly clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom too. The heating works very well and it also has 3 air conditioners. The upstairs part is very nice, but maybe it could use a sofa. It is about a 15-minute walk to the center and near the exit to the highway that connects Pisa with other cities, which was very convenient for us, as we had a rental car to get around. There is a large supermarket very close by. We had no trouble parking for free at the building's door. The insulation of its windows is great. Eleonora gave us a lot of advice on where to eat, what to visit... and was always very attentive to our questions. We felt right at home. Recommended.

Accommodation in a super quiet area, the reserved parking space 5 meters from the entrance door is a really super convenience! The first few days the place was cold because the cleaning company forgot to turn it on, but once it warmed up it was great! Really like being at home, cozy and well done! Minimal and well-kept furnishings as I like to ensure cleanliness and order! Francesco responds quickly to messages and is a 10-minute drive to the center of Pisa, very convenient! A few dozen meters walk away there is a small supermarket equipped with everything open at certain times to do a little shopping. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back here if I have to stay in Pisa! Thank you so much!
