An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

A pochi chilometri dalla città, l'appartamento,immerso in un complesso residenziale di recente costruzione, è dotato di tutte le comodità. Ha un ampio soggiorno-cucina munito di tutti gli accessori ed un confortevole bagno con vasca. E' ben servito dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro della città. L'appartamento è vicino alla frazione Riglione dove sono disponibili diversi punti di ristoro, bar nonchè la Farmacia.

Situata in collina , si trova in un borgo medievale con pochissimi abitanti ,dove si può godere del silenzio, immersi nella natura e con una splendida vista sulle montagne. Il Troncolo is a beautiful farmhouse with the typical architecture of Tuscan farm buildings, built in the mid-1800s. The farmhouse with its large garden is located within the extraordinary scenery of the private Migliarino Natural Park, owned by the Salviati family since 1500. The fully fenced farmhouse, formerly used as the residence of the gamekeeper, was renovated in 2007 respecting tradition and preserving the original architectural elements.
