Well heated and equipped with large kitchen, 2 fridges/freezers, laundry room for provisions. Ideal for relaxing and plenty of activities on site: Nordic bath, sauna, brazier, BBQ, petanque, games room (table tennis, foosball, darts) and walks. Close to Peaugres and the gourmet village of St Bonnet le Froid.

In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. This charming detached house, with a terrace and pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the Grandes Écoles, as well as the convention center. Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the stairs to the bedroom are a little steep. No festive events are allowed
