Located near A72 highway (1 km), tramway (300 m) and north hosptial (1,5 km). Very quiet street and easy parking. Possibility of patio use and lunch/diner on the deck with private use of swimming pool (to discuss). Ideally : 4 people, possible : 5. English discussion with owner.

Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For information, the stairs to the bedroom are a little steep. No festive events are allowed

House adjoining the owners' house but independent with private garden area and barbecue, you can enjoy the pool in summer.
