The LA CROISÉE EN AUVERGNE cottage is a 90 m2 duplex cottage ideally located between Haute-Loire and Ardèche near the Mézenc Range. 2 cozy bedrooms and a warm living room await you upstairs. In a green setting, in absolute calm and by the river, old renovated farmhouse with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom/ shower and toilet, laudable to the room or entire cottage. Numerous activities within 15 km (Lake Valletta, Himalayan footbridge, via fluvia, markets...). Mushroom hikes all around the house for any level. Possibility of trout fishing on our 1 hectare lot, chickens and eggs , donkeys, pony.

A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
