This charming independent house, with a terrace and pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the major schools, as well as the convention center. Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or in a small team, this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. For your information, the access staircase to the room is a little steep. Any festive event is impossible

Located in the heart of the Allier gorges on the borders of Auvergne and Gévaudan, the charming cottage La Saponaire welcomes you in a quiet and green setting. In Langeac you can indulge in nature sports: walks, fishing, cycling, hiking, motorcycling, tree climbing, canoeing or simply enjoy the pool and the view of the volcanoes. 10-minute walk to the city center 2 nights minimum possibility, on request, to accommodate a small animal.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.
