On the ground floor: a large 50-m² kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, an 80-m² living room with wood-burning fireplace, and a mezzanine with a home theater. Many board games and books. Terrace, barbecue, sauna, large garden. Pets welcome. Natural lake 5 minutes away.

For holidays or for work, cozy studio for up to 2 adults + 1 person over 14 years old, in an exceptional setting surrounded by nature in the heart of the Gorges de la Loire near Puy en Velay and Lyon. Accommodation for 5 people, including a baby. 46-m² wooden chalet with pool and private hot tub for a family, friends, or a couple. Sauna available by reservation. 2 bedrooms: 1 for a couple and the 2nd, thanks to its bunk bed, for 3 children or a 2nd couple.
