In September you can also listen to the deer rut, go mushroom picking and participate in the King of the Bird Festival in Puy en Velay. This peaceful little house offers a relaxing stay on the banks of the Loire for the whole family, with its large 1,000 m² outdoor area. Located 35 km from Le Puy-en-Velay and 15 km from Yssingeaux, it is situated in a village with all amenities: a water sports center, fishing, a municipal swimming pool (July, August), and numerous hiking trails within 300 meters, as well as shops, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, and more.

In a green setting, absolutely quiet and by the river, old renovated farm with 4 bedrooms each with bathroom/shower and toilet, rentable by the room or entire gîte. Possibility of trout fishing on our 1 hectare plot, chickens and eggs, donkeys, pony.

House with lots of charm while retaining a character that leaves no one indifferent. My home is located in the LIVRADOIS FOREZ REGIONAL PARK - The forest is very present on the various hiking trails. The "Le Doulon" river runs through the property. This "little paradise" is the term most frequently used by our guests and it is true that it corresponds well to this place that is dear to us.
