The facilities are neat and all the facilities are perfectly equipped. They prepared wine, picked us up when we arrived and when we left, and we were thankful for everything. Great host If I go to Annecy next time, I definitely want to go.

We had a lovely stay as a family at this listing. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and has a large garden. The accommodation is very located only 15 mins walk from the lake and the city. Our host was available for the duration of our stay.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Very good stay in a nice house, with a great view of the lake. The setting is peaceful, great for relaxing. The house is well thought out, clean and comfortable. A big thank you to our host, welcoming and really understanding, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We have fond memories of this waterfront break.

Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

We stayed at Les Magnolias for three nights, and we would definitely stay there again. We loved the open space in the apartment, found it very well furnished with everything we could need, and really appreciated the proactive communication and restaurant recommendations from the hosts. We particularly loved the apartment's location - it was really close to walk everywhere but not on a super busy block.

The house was small but incredibly functional — it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully equipped and very well maintained. The location was also great: just a short walk to the railway and bus stations, with shops and a market nearby. The lake was only about 10 minutes away on foot, which made for lovely walks. Perfect for a short or solo stay!

I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

Apartment equal to the photos, very well equipped with microwave, toaster, and even raclette appliance. Very well located, go on foot to the main tourist attractions and markets. Sunshine balcony and cozy apartment. The bathroom sink was a little dirty and the shower sometimes took a long time to heat up. Very clear check-in instructions, but I found it unusual to request not only to wash, but to dry and store everything that was used. Overall, the host was very attentive, I would stay here again. You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.

Excellent stay in Annecy! Very well-equipped studio with everything you need. The hosts were very nice and especially available! They were able to adapt to us, because we arrived late on the big day. Regarding the location of the apartment, we were right next to the city center and 5 minutes from the Annecy Animation Film Festival. In short 10/10 thank you again! 🥰

I Ve stayed only one day but it had everything I needed . It is suitable for 1 young couple or 1 person because the bed is in the mezzanine with a slim ladder.Thank you Beatrice for your flexibility!

I can honestly say that I have never stayed anywhere that was so comfortable and stylish. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. There is even a mini cine room with a huge tv screen. The area is quiet and there is even parking space available, a great bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending this rental. The hosts are charming and helpful.

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
