Stay at the top! The apartment was very clean and had everything you need! Laetitia is very responsive, and the instructions are clear. Very nice place, feel free to come!

We had a lovely stay at Muriel's, to visit the area, between the 2 lakes. The accommodation is in a very quiet environment, while being close to shops by car. The decor is nice, and the place is very clean. It was nice to have the courtyard with its garden table, to enjoy the outdoors at the end of the day. Muriel is a friendly and responsive host, and gives lots of recommendations.

The accommodation is very nice, spacious. A sublime view. For 5 people, it's perfect. A fence suitable for our dog. Private parking, all the shops nearby, beautiful villages to visit, quick access to the lake. Old Town Annecy is a 10-minute drive away. An excellent restaurant within walking distance of the port bistro. Julien and Sébastien hosted us very well. That's it, a memorable stay. To be recommended without hesitation. Emmanuel.

Christian hosted us very warmly despite the 2-hour delay due to the huge traffic jams on the highway. Very attentive, he takes care of his home and guests. I spent nearly two months in Matteo's home with my two dogs. The place is quite functional, private and charming view. Matteo is very welcoming and accommodating. The VRU can be reached in just a few minutes by car making it very easy to get around. Thank you for this trip

Great stay at Natacha's who was very responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is nice, well-equipped and well-insulated. The only downside for PRMs is that the adapted bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs: if your transfers are difficult, consider installing a bed downstairs. ;)

We had another fabulous stay at Jeanne's place; we always look forward to coming back! It is really a pleasure to stay for many days and nights in such a lovely space, and Jeanne is always willing to help out with particular needs when we have occasion to ask. She and Fred are excellent hosts!

The information given by Amélie and Gaylord is clear and accurate to retrieve the keys and use of the pool. We had a lovely stay of a week. We were able to enjoy the covered pool and a little heated through the hull despite the mixed weather. The place is well located, easy to find. The view of the mountains is superb. Stéphane was very helpful with our installation. We thank him for his kindness and availability. If we get a chance to come back to the area, we'll be sure to rent this place again.

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

We had a great weekend at this place. The house was as described, and very clean. A real moment of happiness to be able to enjoy the large garden and sun (ping pong, pétanque,etc.) ideal for relaxing before the marathon. We had a great time in Saint-Jorioz, the location is great with nice groceries stores and boulangeries nearby. A new contemporary and very clean house. The carpark was in front of the house which was very convenient, we were also able to plug in the hybrid car. Would come back again Highly recommended!

Excellent stay. Very well located and pleasant. Close to ski slopes on foot by bus or even by car to avoid carrying skiing on the shoulders. Valerie is very responsive. Comfortable place. Responsive host. We appreciated the availability of "baby equipment": high chair, small bathtub ... The tour of the small lake nearby was designed for strollers. We enjoyed the Plateau du Retord for beautiful walks.
