You will love my flat because the location is perfect. You are not in the noisy street of the old town, but just 4 minutes of it by foot. You can walk there easily. The flat is really modern and quiet with big windows and a balcony. It is oriented south est so you have lot of light in the day and a beautiful view on the Mont Veyrier. We are at the third floor. The flat is a 1 bedroom, with a Queen size bed really confy with all you need. The lake is less than 10 min by foot. The perfect mix.
