Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Palais des Congrès, cinema, bar atmosphere, restaurants, old Mans, cathedral, heart of the city, the tram is within an 8-minute walk. The train station is within a 15-minute walk. The 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit is about 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by tram with direct access.

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.
