Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Tour Saint-Michel, charming cottage

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier.
