Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Cottage on our 7000 m2 property, with a splendid view of the countryside and the village (10 min walk), located 20 km from Le Mans. It has a living room with a fitted kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a coffee table and TV. A bedroom with a 160 bed for 2 people, with a dressing room and 2 dressers. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double vanity unit, a toilet and a washing machine.

La Flèche, cozy accommodation, 50 m²

Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a fold-out sofa and offering a large bed (2 places). There is also an independent bedroom (140X200 bed) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the Monnerie lakes, the swimming pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.

The charming villages of La Perrière and Bellême are 10 minutes away by car.
