Living room of more than 100 m2: open kitchen, small TV lounge, office area, reception area overlooking a 30 m2 terrace not overlooked with views of the city's rooftops. All amenities nearby (tram, bakeries, supermarket, press, etc...). On foot, the train station is 10 minutes away, the old Mans district is 15 minutes away. The 24-hour circuit is accessible 20 minutes by tram. There are two parking spaces in a closed garage, and one parking space under the porch.
