We had a lovely stay. We had come to spend New Year's Day with our friends and sincerely felt at home. There was everything we needed to cook, we enjoyed the very comfortable accommodation. Everything was great. The house is a little in its juice but we love it … a hidden as we love, a family home and it's nice! Thank you again for hosting us, we'll be happy to come back.

We had a lovely week at Corinne’s house. Whilst we were there we had a day at the beach in La Boule, which is an absolutely beautiful huge beach. We had a couple of days in Nantes on the tram from Chapelle Aulnay, where we loved the Ile des Machines. We also enjoyed cycling by the canal and generally relaxing in the lovely garden. The house is very well appointed and all the appliances were of extremely good quality. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two young adult children but would also work very well for a family with younger children. We would love to come back!

Great accommodation and best value for money in the area

We had a lovely family holiday at Thomas's house. The children loved the pool and trampoline. The house was clean and all the equipment was in perfect working order. Thomas was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely return.

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

A wonderful weekend to spend in the cottage. The accommodation is perfect, everything is there to make a great pool, a spa to relax, all the necessary amenities for relaxation, we were very well looked after by our hosts, great communication and great responsiveness. We felt right at home, a real plus. I would recommend this place without a second thought and would come back if the opportunity arose.

Erwann & Jerome gave us a great welcome, they are very friendly hosts. The house has a large and pleasant living room. We enjoyed the pool as a family and it was a joy. The children were able to play and enjoy in the garden, we were even able to pick up 4 fresh eggs from the chicken coop. Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

Beautiful villa from the '70s, beautiful spaces both inside and outside. Saturday morning market in Cholet recommended for quality gourmet cuisine.

Our second stay with Lionello, was just as good as the first. Really relaxing family break. The pool is lovely as are the grounds. Short bike ride to local bakeries and short drive to Hypermarket. We left feeling fully relaxed and refreshed. Lionello is an excellent host.

We spent two nights at 11 in this place, the bedding is quality as well as all the amenities . Several words from Bernard are placed here and there in case we could ask questions, and even if we need, Bernard is very responsive. I highly recommend this listing

We had a great time at Faouzi and Sandrine's. The house is large, modern, with all the comforts and amenities to spend a happy family vacation! The heated pool is very nice regardless of the weather. The center of Nantes is about fifteen minutes by car or bus (relay parking not far from the house). We will be very happy to return if we return to this area! (And a big thank you to Faouzi for his warm welcome and for the refreshments in the fridge)

A really nice and relaxing few days. A calm or even such invigorating silence. The seawater/saltwater pool was so nice in this heat. The garden was well appointed for the tan or staying quietly in the shade under the courtyard. (without being chased by small earth turtles ahah) The exchanges with Louise-Anne and her spouse were very pleasant, booked at the beginning so as not to disturb us, until we knew each other better ... We had a really nice relaxing stay. 2 small downsides to really cheat: the bed can accommodate a 200 mattress when it was a 190, for my boyfriend had limited it on the size side 😉 And the 2nd small bed in the room, could have been a couch for a better relaxing pose to watch something when it rains. But it's really to cheat. The welcome, rental and environment were perfect.

We had a pleasant weekend at this rental for our wedding. Alix was very welcoming and available throughout the stay. Numerous activities are present on site: ping pong, swimming pool, pool, foosball… The kitchen is very well equipped. We highly recommend this listing.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

The perfect family accommodation for going to Puy du Fou! Very comfortable, newly renovated and at the perfect distance. With indoor pool and playroom for the kids.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area. Jimmy responds to requests very quickly. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the pool.

We were perfect in the house, it is a large house and in a very quiet place, but very well connected to the center. Less than 5 minutes walk you can take the bus and take you downtown in 10 minutes. The rooms are very big and spacious. You can park the car inside Cédric, although he was not there, at all times he was very attentive to us and it was very easy to communicate It was a stay to be repeated
