Very nice apartment at the bottom of the villa, large, functional, comfortable, tastefully decorated. 160 bed with good mattress ++ very much appreciated. Air conditioning in bedroom Independent entrance. Two very pleasant terraces. Very nice garden. Beautiful well-appointed pool. Very welcoming, friendly, attentive and responsive hosts. Great stay at Florence's place. We recommend.

We felt right at home, we felt that Céline and Christophe were keen to make us feel comfortable and give us our privacy. Top equipment, perfect hammock for reading, outdoor kitchen and we recommend breakfast.... in short we can only recommend the accommodation.

Simple yet functional studio. Nice well-stocked garden, with fruit and flowers, nice small shaded terrace. Spa available, very pleasant in the evening. Gerard is available and very interesting. I recommend this studio.

We enjoyed our stay at Pascaline's. The resort amenities ( pool, restaurants, mini mart, and activities ) were great to have. The AC and fan worked really well and the outdoor kitchen area was perfect for dinner and late night snacks. The only downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV ( no Netflix, streaming, or casting ) and is only in French with a few cable channels.

Very pleasant stay in a very clean and very well exposed accommodation, facing the sea and also quiet. Bruno is very friendly and responsive in case of special request. He accepted that we enjoy a few more hours of the accommodation on the day of our departure, thus providing real comfort. Thank you for everything.

Charming and functional accommodation, very well located a few meters from the beach. Next door, a small shopping mall with a bar, restaurant, grocery store and the best bakery on the island! A big thank you to Angela who was very responsive in all circumstances.

Beautiful group stay in this beautiful house! Well suited for families: toys, high chair, playground, beach games, etc. The house is in a quiet area and the pool was much appreciated! The beach is within walking distance, as are 2-3 restaurants/caterers/cafes about ten minutes away. Clean, spacious and well-organized house. ☺️

A peaceful week in Danielle's house who is a welcoming and very friendly host! The exteriors are magnificent, the view is exceptional, the pool is very pleasant, the nature omnipresent. It's ideal for exploring Basse-Terre.

The listing is larger than it appears in the photos. The room offers a beautiful view of the garden without vis-à-vis. There is everything you need to start your stay with peace of mind upon arrival (bottle of water in the refrigerator, salt, pepper, oil...) as well as a few small touches that I will let you discover. Check-in instructions were clear. I did a self check-in and check-in the next day with the very welcoming Mireli.

The terrace which has 3 sides always has a space in the shade and wind. The trail, beaches, and grocery store nearby limit the need to travel. For all this, it allowed us to live the dolce vita. Thanks to all of Philippe's family.

We had an amazing stay at Gladys and Edouard's and highly recommend their place! A little gem with all the necessities (and even more), a beautiful sea view and terraces and pool to enjoy. Pascal is very kind and offers good advice. We were hosted very well and the accommodation is very well-equipped. The "punch bowl" pool is a nice little extra Small touches on arrival and garden bananas offered during the stay. Recommended!

We really enjoyed the place and the facilities. Everything is close by or just a few minutes' drive away. The people we met were very kind and welcoming. This is a spot we'd love to come back to.

Great location, on the front line, facing the sea. The photos perfectly match the apartment. Catherine, who lives right next door, is adorable. She knows the area perfectly and offers great advice. I appreciated the flexibility regarding check-in and checkout times. I will come back without hesitation.

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well placed, idyllic setting, very well-equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her accommodation (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We'd also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.

An apartment as described, by the water and in a quiet, clean, well-maintained residence. Shops nearby The shutter squeaks a little loudly when opening/closing but it's the only detail to improve.... In short, nothing to complain about!! I recommend

We had a great time 2 adults and 2 children (4 years and 18 months). The place is super clean, comfortable and has all the essentials for a nice stay, including a cooler and a very safe and comfortable crib. We really enjoyed the view from our accommodation and the shops on the site (convenience store with lots of choices, delicious bakery and pizza and burgers restaurant with a great atmosphere in the evening). We highly recommend for families who want to visit the area and enjoy the beautiful pool:) Thank you Isabelle and Christophe
