Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Le Gosier

In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is perfect, spacious and very clean. the environment is quiet. In case of need Joël and Geranie are very responsive, they are very warm and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend it.

A big thank you to Astrid who allowed us to have a very nice week in Guadeloupe! The house was quite what we were looking for for a trip with friends, with an outdoor space lined with beautiful veneration surrounding a well-maintained pool. Finally, the availability of hosts was remarkable. We highly recommend

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

Nice location. Datcha Beach 5 minutes walk Street convenience store Marché du Gosier is a 5-minute walk I highly recommend it! Super nice for our arrival because our plane was late. Thanks Xavier and hope to see you soon!

Very nice and responsive hostess - Central location to visit the island without too many traffic jams , pretty beach for safe swimming and lively with bars and restaurants nearby - close to all shops by car - ideal accommodation for 2 couples of adults with 2 cars parked in the shade: I recommend it.

Very satisfied with Gaëlle and Vincent's rental, nice place, quiet, good location. Gaëlle is a very nice host, very clean house, the small pool is a plus! We would recommend it without a problem.

The apartment was in a great location for visiting Guadeloupe. It is located at ground level. It was very clean and matches the photos . The host was very friendly you can communicate with her easily . The only small thing that would need to be improved is the exterior condition of the building, the building is aging and would need maintenance.

The place had a great view, all the necessities (kitchen, fridge, freezer, AC, good wifi, patio to sit outside, indoor gated parking). There is also a water tank if there is a cut in water. Contactless check in and host was very responsive on whats app. Location was just in front of casino gosier, within 15 min walk to everything including park, beach, groceries, restaurant. The appartment looks like the picture well renovated for guadeloupe. I would book again. Great stay

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

We had a great time at Christian's apartment! It has all the amenities you need for a good vacation. The property has a large terrace in addition, a big bonus. The environment is quiet, pleasant and central to be able to visit Guadeloupe. There's a parking space with secure access through a gate. Christian is very welcoming, he gave us some great tips for visiting the island and he is very responsive. In short, I recommend it 100%.

WOW!!!! The accommodation is impeccable and the views are stunning!!! We had a wonderful time there. Everything is there: tranquility, amenities, view, comfort. Christophe (concierge service for apartments) is welcoming, helpful and available. He was waiting for us for the arrival at the accommodation and also made several recommendations for visiting/eating in the area. A private space with several parking spaces is available in front of the accommodation, otherwise free street parking is available. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time at the place, which is located in an idyllic setting. The apartment is very well equipped and its location is perfect if, like us, you want to discover both sides of the island during your stay. We will recommend it without hesitating!

We had a pleasant stay at Tom and Sabrina's. The accommodation is very clean with a large bathroom. Sabrina advised us on local activities (plus a very practical guide on site). Book without hesitation.

The apartment is as described, it is ideally located. Located on the heights of Gosier with a superb view of the surrounding countryside and the sea visible from the terrace, it is ventilated at will allowing to withstand the heat in rooms without air conditioning. The terrace equipped with a garden furniture is an undeniable plus. The access to the swimming pool located at the bottom of the building is a major asset, especially since the low attendance allows for discretionary use. The residence is quiet, secure and offers the possibility to park a vehicle easily. In short, I recommend this listing whose owners are very welcoming and responsive to all requests.

Very nice studio, very well furnished, the water tank in case of a power cut is a real plus in this area. Perfectly equipped, I will come back without hesitation.

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to the masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The accommodation was really very clean upon arrival, which is very much appreciated. Access to the pool and beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little hitch on arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really super nice too). In short, great accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Guadeloupe. I recommend 1000%!

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is in a good location (central for visiting Guadeloupe, Marina...), peaceful and very pleasant. Céline is very responsive and accommodating, which is very much appreciated. From the balcony you can observe hummingbirds, crabs, iguanas... I recommend and will return with pleasure.
