Very comfortable apartment with sea view, with pool in probably the most beautiful residence of this Island, , in "Gosier" is a town at the center of the island. Everything has been designed to spend an idyllic stay, living spaces pleasant and well equipped inside and a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains of Basse-Terre from the terrace. End of stay cleaning or the request 60 €. Linen quality hotel provided, 1 guest kit hygiene products and 1st Aperitif and Breakfast offered.

Situé directement sur la plage avec une vue panoramique sur l'ilet Gosier, cet hébergement F1 est en centre-ville du Gosier avec un acces rapide a toutes commodites. La residence est calme et securisee, elle dispose d'un court de tennis et sa plage. Climatisation (et brise marine!), cuve pour les coupures d'eau, lave linge, lave-vaisselle, internet haut debit, TV 55 pouces. L'appartement a ete entierement renove en janvier 2025. Le mobilier est en teck.

The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the archipelago, halfway to the hiking trails of Basse-Terre and the beaches of Grande-Terre. La Marina: 3 minute walk: Restaurants, Bars, shops, services , boats that are so many attractions that make this neighborhood really nice. It is the neighborhood that is least subject to recurring traffic in the morning to reach the Jarry activity area or the administrative hubs of Les Abymes or Pointe à Pitre

The GIOVANNI villa has been designed with an eco-friendly approach to address environmental concerns and the desire to make it a pleasant, friendly place to live. It is a desire that was close to the heart of its owner, architect, who lived there for 20 years, with his family, before offering it for tourist rental. The villa is facing south largely unobstructed on the sea allowing a view of the Basse-terre, the Saintes and Marie-Galante!

We welcome you to this luxury villa stocking, in the ideal location. The accommodation is located at the nerve center of the island, close to the city center and the Memorial Acte. We are located 10 minutes from the cruise port, next to the Chu and the police station.

Very nice fully equipped apartment close to shops and major highways located 5 minutes from the Marina du Gosier and the beautiful beach of the village . 15 min from Sainte Anne Beach, very functional ideally for family with 2 children , can accommodate up to 6 2-seater sofa bed. 1 Bedroom TV / Internet with TV . possibility of vehicle rental. feel free to inquire .

We had an amazing stay at Arnaud and Ming's. We felt right at home at home. Breakfast, little touches, kindness, hospitality, it was difficult to leave our home after a memorable week. We recommend this listing without a second thought, and if one day our way back to Guadeloupe it will definitely be at Arnaud and Ming's! Maybe who knows to celebrate another Chinese New Year… Thank you so much again

Massimo and his wife were extremely welcoming and warm. The place was perfect, very pretty and typical. Access to their nice garden pool everything was very good. We had trouble finding the place, Massimo came to pick us up, they advised us on the things to do around. We'll be happy to go back!

Pleasant stay with Alya who was constantly welcoming, attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. The premises were accurate to the photos, clean, equipped. The air-conditioned room has access to a beautiful view of nature. As a bonus, Alya kindly offers a great breakfast every day on its green and peaceful terrace. She sometimes offers to drop off by car at the bus stop and is a good tip on the references of prices and places to visit. She knows how to respect privacy and personal space and is quite able to initiate interesting discussions, open to her social circle when the circumstance lends itself and when there is comfort. So I would highly recommend staying at Alya's!

Thanks to Odile for the little time spent from start to finish. A really quality welcome and service. She was great with us. If there were more than 5 stars, we would have given 10. The guest house is in a good location with stunning views. Very contractual photo. We would recommend this host.
