The place had a great view, all the necessities (kitchen, fridge, freezer, AC, good wifi, patio to sit outside, indoor gated parking). There is also a water tank if there is a cut in water. Contactless check in and host was very responsive on whats app. Location was just in front of casino gosier, within 15 min walk to everything including park, beach, groceries, restaurant. The appartment looks like the picture well renovated for guadeloupe. I would book again. Great stay

The apartment was in a great location for visiting Guadeloupe. It is located at ground level. It was very clean and matches the photos . The host was very friendly you can communicate with her easily . The only small thing that would need to be improved is the exterior condition of the building, the building is aging and would need maintenance.

We chose this apartment for the view and were not disappointed. The location is perfect for easy movement in Grande Terre. The apartment is great, there is everything you need to feel good and self-sufficient like at home.

At Jean-Yves and Julietta's, we feel like a family! Julietta is very attentive: she willingly offers fruit and vegetables from the garden (bread fruit, guava, avocado, etc.). The house is very nice: the apartment is spacious, bright, well ventilated, close to the city center and beaches. Recommended!

It is a very nice location with amazing sea views, a beautiful and large terrace. The view of Basse Terre and Les Saintes is an everyday treat. Comfort was present with the dishwasher and washing machine. The host is lovely and responsive. What a joy to spend 14 nights in this bit of paradise. WOW!!!! The accommodation is impeccable and the views are stunning!!! We had a wonderful time there. Everything is there: tranquility, amenities, view, comfort. Christophe (concierge service for apartments) is welcoming, helpful and available. He was waiting for us for the arrival at the accommodation and also made several recommendations for visiting/eating in the area. A private space with several parking spaces is available in front of the accommodation, otherwise free street parking is available. We highly recommend this listing!

Excellent hosting by Sonia. Clean and well-equipped studio, plus a tank to deal with small water cuts. Close to the beach and swimming pool of the arawak hotel for a wristband purchase. Parking space is appreciated. Flexible checkout time. We will be back, hoping for availability. Thank you

We chose this place for the view and central location, and really, we weren't disappointed. What a joy to wake up every morning in front of the 3 palm trees! We were 11 adults and a child, the accommodation was quite suitable to accommodate us. We had a lovely stay, the outside of the house is very nice and allowed us to have a good time together, without stepping on each other's toes. Philippe, Rachelle and Léo are very responsive and accommodating. Finally, the house is very well located, in a quiet residential area, minutes from Bois Jolan beach and close to the shops/markets of Sainte Anne and Saint François

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

Perfect location for a holiday on Guadeloupe. Communication was fast and easy, the house itself was really nice to stay at and the location is great, right next to the water and in the middle of the island, so it’s easy to explore everything

Very nice studio, very well furnished, the water tank in case of a power cut is a real plus in this area. Perfectly equipped, I will come back without hesitation.

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

Perfect accommodation and good location on the island. Incredibly well equipped (there is everything you need, from the cooler to the masks and snorkels). It feels like home. The accommodation was really very clean upon arrival, which is very much appreciated. Access to the pool and beach is a very pleasant plus, the residence is very quiet. A little hitch on arrival, but Maria was really very responsive and everything was settled very quickly. Really a golden host (the neighbors are really super nice too). In short, great accommodation for a beautiful holiday in Guadeloupe. I recommend 1000%!
