This place is just perfect! The pool is very clean and the beach is very close! There are a ton of things to see in Guadeloupe! José and Stéphanie, his daughter, are good advice to make our trip unforgettable. The accommodation is clean and has all the amenities needed for a pleasant and warm comfort. The location is advantageous sinceit is near Pointe-à-Pitre airport and several beaches that you can visit. Everything was perfect! We can't wait to go back!

I had a pleasant stay at Jean-Michel's place. Communication with him and Diana was smooth and pleasant and they allowed me to stay a little longer in the apartment as my return flight was only late afternoon. The apartment perfectly matches the photos, in the calm and nature with a much appreciated proximity to the sea (5min walk). I would be happy to come back to this place during an upcoming stay on the island.

Very nice collaboration. Hosts very available, responsive and friendly. A 20 minute walk there is the port with some shops. On the other hand, no restaurant nearby. If you arrive late, plan.

I stayed there for 50 days, pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. They go so far as to take steps to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment.

villa perfectly matching the description, in a peaceful cul-de-sac. the small beach 10 min walk at the end of the cul-de-sac is very nice! Maryline was very welcoming, and flexible on check-in and check-out times. She had even planned a snack for the evening of our arrival and breakfast. Thanks for your attention! the villa was located near Ste Anne, Le Gosier, and ideally located for visiting the island. I would recommend this villa!

We were delighted with the stay at our host's, the Villa is very well ventilated by the trade winds and we were able to enjoy the large terrace with the great view. The property is very well maintained (swimming pool, lawn). Kimathy is a very friendly host that I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful villa totally true to the listing photos. The ocean view is breathtaking. It was a perfect stay. As well as being friendly, Pierre-Alain was very available and responsive and all without being intrusive. Thank you to him for making our stay so enjoyable. We had an amazing stay in every way. The house was a perfect base camp for exploring Guadeloupe! Our group of 8 (grandparents, parents, teens, children) greatly appreciated the large spaces offered by the house and its many amenities. We highly recommend it!

Quality stay with our pet who was welcome. Water bowl for him, punch, rum and fresh fruit for us. The accommodation is clean, soon placed to visit the whole island. The pool open 24/7 is a delight. Laurie was able to welcome us with great flexibility and the communication was most pleasant. We recommend and will be happy to come back:)

This place has a lot of for personal entertainment, guitar, bicycle, surf boards and many other things. And it was in the gated community so in order to come in you have to know the password. Overall I am happy, very good for the price.

We had a stay that exceeded all of our expectations! Laurence is very friendly and took the time to give us tips for our trip as well as good places to visit. There was also a yellow alert during our stay (we were not aware) and Laurence took care to notify us and give us updates on this. The bungalow itself is even prettier in person, we loved its private and warm aspect. Thank you so much!

N'Rick's place looks just like the pics. It is clean and perfectly located. It is a bit "no frills' but that is what you get with such an affordable price. Lots to do in the area and you can just go to the neighboring hotels for the "frills" part. Super convenient to have a parking spot included with this stay as car is king in Gwada. Great job overall to N'Rick.

Amazing location! The apartment is well equipped with a great decor. It really felt like a home while in vacation. Close to many great restaurant and to the super market. I highly recommend it.

Accommodated in the heights of Sainte-Anne with an exceptional sea view, the apartment benefits from a unique calm set back from the noise of the city center, while being very close. Damien is always good advice and will share his love for great land and lowland with you. The place is clean and functional, and includes a very nice little terrace to enjoy the end of the day. A beautiful meeting in addition to a beautiful stay. I would recommend it without hesitation.
