A kitchen ( microwave , nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge ) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed ( 160X200 ), a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down comforter, notify in case of allergy.

Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
