Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Ideally located, you can enjoy various tourist sites in Gironde, Charentes-Maritimes or Dordogne (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Blaye, Royan, Sarlat...). 2 sets of linens are provided. Guests are welcome to use the fitness room, playground, and table tennis as well as the twenty-meter swimming pool and hallway. Located near a small town with all shops and 50 km from Bordeaux, you are in the heart of the Cognac and Pineau region.

Very nice small furnished apartment for seasonal rental by the night, by the week or more for workers on the go. A kitchen ( microwave , nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, fridge ) with dining area and sofa, a bedroom with bed ( 160X200 ), a bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink. All on the ground floor, but two steps to get there. Gated outdoor parking with electric gate. Down comforter, notify in case of allergy.

Augusta's house is welcoming and spacious. Located in the heart of nature, quiet, this cottage is ideal for rest and family walks. A few minutes from Lake Beauvallon (Montguyon), Saint-Aulaye beach (Dordogne) or Aubeterre (Charente), it's very easy to enjoy swimming and sightseeing. The Domaine de Pinsac and Andy Booth's famous school are only 7 kilometers from the farm. Idleness, rest and fishing at the edge of the ponds.
