apartment in a good location next to all amenities, very clean and well arranged. the only problem with our stay was the work in the apartment below. apart from that, we do not regret our stay in La Rochelle.

The easy assistance we received from Patrick in settling in set the scene for the rest of our stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, fully appointed and very liveable, step out of the front door and you are right in the midst of everything at the harbour with only a short walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ..the quiet nights were great....and appreciate very much the opportunity given to us. Thanks Patrick. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well located on the port of Saint Martin, very nice view. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, perfect for two people. Hosting and communication are very easy and pleasant. Only small difficulty encountered on the square for bicycles, very small premises.

Very nice apartment located in the city center with a magnificent view of the port of La Rochelle. The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The terrace is also a big plus. Clear and fluid communication with the concierge. We will be back!

We really enjoyed the 6 days. The decor is nice and matches the photos. The bedding is great. It feels like home: it is very well equipped, including various games, beach equipment... Inside, it has everything. Small downside for the outside: the terrace is large but has remained in concrete slab. The location is ideal for the beach, walks and the outdoors. I recommend this house!

We stayed with 6 adults, a three-year-old and a 4-month-old baby. Warm welcome. Spacious house as described. Tree garden. Both beaches are nearby and you can walk there very easily in a few minutes. Comfortable bedding. The two terraces are really a plus to have your meals outdoors or relax in peace. We recommend it unreservedly.

The place met our expectations. Sarah gave us clear information about our arrival and departure. We were even able to enjoy the accommodation before the scheduled time which was very appreciated. The small garden with its small wooden terrace is really a plus for lunch outside. The residence is well designed and very well maintained and flowered . We really enjoyed the bed linen provided as well as the cleaning products. This little house is very nice and well designed. We had a pleasant stay.

The house is located in a quiet area with the beach at the end of the street, shops 5 minutes by bike and walking paths from the house. Laurent is very welcoming, our exchanges were very pleasant. Recommended.

We had a great time at Stéphanie's place. It was well arranged and had everything you'd need. Very well located in a quiet residence a few minutes walk to the port. Upon arrival, we found a lot of brochures to discover the Île de Ré. In addition, Stéphanie was available and her directions very clear. We will come back without hesitation!

We can only recommend this place. Public parking just opposite the apartment which is very convenient. The accommodation is very well located, well arranged and the sauna is a real plus! The many baby amenities are very convenient for a few days stay. Xavier was very responsive and accommodating, thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

A very pleasant and well exposed accommodation with a beautiful view. The bedding is comfortable. The apartment is very quiet. The accommodation is very well located 15 minutes walk from the old port of La Rochelle, it is very simple we did not take the car for our entire stay.
