Xavier's apartment is in quiet neighborhood but still close to city center. He is nice and quick response. The apartment has everything needed for a trip to La Rochelle. Would really recommend it.

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped, clean, has lots of warm water, and is quiet at night. We especially loved hanging out in the small courtyard at any time of the day. Nicolas is very quick at responding and we warmly recommend this little oasis to future travellers.

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

We had a great time in Oléron. The house was super nice. We were there with 2 families with kids and everything was absolutely perfect. The welcome was very nice and generous, the house very clean. We were great! I don't want to leave;-)

Lovely house located in a very quiet and unspoiled environment, very close to bike paths and with nearby shops. The house is very clean and well equipped, the bedroom and bathroom are spacious, there is everything you need in the kitchen, which is rare! Stéphane was very welcoming and gave many good tips to enjoy the island. I will come back without hesitation!

very nice stay, the patio is very convenient , we lived outside for the 3 days with this wonderful weather . Large enclosed garden, barbecue available , bikes available and the house is very functional . Perfect for up to 6 people!!

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

Our 3 day stay at this beautiful house was great. We had a large family gathering, grandparents, brothers and sisters with their partners and two small grandchildren plus 2 dogs . The gardens are completely enclosed. Also very pretty. The house is ideal for a large gathering, well equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms. Wonderful lounge and dining area. Unfortunately it wasn’t warm enough to eat outside but the covered decking would be a perfect place to eat as well . Everyone was happy 😊. Anneke is very friendly and happy to welcome you. She doesn’t live far away and insist that you can call or message if needed. We all would love to return to this house as well as Île de Re .

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.)
