Great location! Wasn't exactly sure when I was arriving and with train delays they still helped me get in. Only spent one last night in Rome so perfect for a quick stay!

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

The room is clean and cozy with a pleasant breakfast included in the price. The bed and breakfast is well-kept and is in a great location in the center of Orvieto, easy to visit simply on foot. Very helpful and kind hosts and staff. Highly recommended.

Interesting location with walkable restaurants and sightseeing- once acclimatised with the locality and transport ( in our case the Metro) we felt comfortable in our surroundings and relaxed. The property was a fascinating mix of old and new and the room met all of our expectations. Our host obliging and friendly- we would recommend this to anyone wanting a trip to Rome which is a city both crazy and wonderful!☺️

If you’re looking for basic lodging very near Roma Termini, this is it. Great communication with the host and a very easy process all around. We didn’t cook in the shared kitchen, but if you needed to cook, there are the basic amenities. A change of towels daily, if requested. For the convenience factor, we would definitely stay here again.

Diomira, her husband and Sila their cat are a beautiful family, they make you feel at home at all times. Their house is clean, tidy and very close to all the tourist spots, both on foot and by transport. We hope to visit them again soon :)

We had a great time at Dario and Diana's. The accommodation is outside the center but many buses are nearby to get around easily. The accommodation was very functional, breakfast is a real plus. We didn't get a chance to meet Dario, but Diana who greeted us was great. We recommend it if you want to spend a stay in Rome!

We booked a spontaneous one night here for my husbands birthday, we had been staying in the center of Rome in 38 degree heat and were desperate for somewhere to relax with a pool! I can honestly say that it was the best money we have ever spent and we wished we had found this place initially and stayed the whole week! From the moment we arrived it felt like home, the staff are some of the friendliest people we have ever met and the hotel itself is beautiful. It is so peaceful and stylish and looks exactly like the photos. Loads of lovely chill out areas, great pool and outside area, spacious room and completely private terrace. Breakfast was delicious and we were recommended a lovely restaurant in the area by the hotel staff. Luisa was quick to reply to my questions and we are so happy she was able to accommodate our last minute booking. We will be back ASAP!

A truly charming place surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect spot to relax and disconnect from the busy world. The views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay unforgettable. We loved sitting outside, listening to the birds and enjoying the fresh air. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene getaway in beautiful natural surroundings.

A hidden gem in the heart of nature My experience at this wonderful country house was truly unforgettable. Surrounded by greenery, with a view that looks like a postcard, the property offers an atmosphere of tranquility and peace that is difficult to find elsewhere. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and well-decorated, with an attention to detail that makes every corner special. Comfort is guaranteed, but it is the natural context that makes a difference: the noise of the wind among the trees, the scent of the countryside, and the opportunity to take relaxing walks nearby. The kitchen, then, is another pearl of this place: typical dishes prepared with fresh and local ingredients that express all the flavor of tradition. Good value! Nice place, good pools, great countryside and fantastic neighbouring villages of Sorano and Pitigliano. And the unforgettable Cascate del Mulino, the sulphuric natural Cascade in Saturnia. We will be back

Claudia's place is amongst the most lovely and thoughtful we had ever experienced. The design and the attention to detail of the interior left us speechless from the second we got there. We were lucky with the weather and could enjoy the beautiful garden eating breakfast in the sun, doing yoga on the rooftop and strolling around the wildflower fields. Coming from busy Rome, in this place we could find the serenity and peace we needed so badly. On top of that, Claudia and her family made us feel welcome and at home and gave us special recommendations for visiting the surroundings. Can't wait to come back someday!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Rome. Stones throw from the Trevi fountain, right in the heart of the city but as soon as you closed the front door it was so peaceful. I could not recommend this place more, come to Rome and stay with Damiano!

excellent spot for a quick stay in Rome

Being hosted by Tiziana and Stefania is like visiting two dear friends. Every aspect of our stay was impeccable, even from a human point of view, and we can only recommend the experience to everyone!

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.
