Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lazio

Siamo stati una settimana nell'alloggio di Luca e Anna: gli spazi sono confortevoli (anche se eravamo in 4 il divano letto era strategico). La piscina molto bella, curata e ben sorvegliata da Michele. La posizione è ottima per visitare e scoprire la tuscia viterbese, i consigli di Luca sono stati molto utili per organizzarci. Luca e Anna sono sempre stati molto disponibili per ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza.

Die Unterkunft liegt super idyllisch und mitten in der Natur. Der super freundliche Empfang von Ezio war ein toller Einstieg für die Abruzzen. Die Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht. Man kann kochen und sogar Tischtennis spielen. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse. Der Weg ist etwas holprig, dafür wohnt man sehr abgeschieden. Der Weg nach Fonte Cerreto ist zu Fuß etwas gefährlich, da es keinen Bürgersteig gibt, daher ist man mit dem Auto besser bedient. Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre der Wohnraum mit Fenster noch perfekt.

What a beautiful place! The photos do not do it justice. Claudia's Casa was spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and very quiet. It would help you to know that Via Pellegrini is bi-level. The entrance to Claudia's place is up the stairs, just under the portico. After we learned the streets, we were happy to know that hers easily led into the hearts of town. Claudia's parking instructions, and then her walking instructions, were perfect. Do not map her street address! Map her parking instructions. It will save you a lot of time and angst. My co-pilot did me wrong. And that is all I will say about that! Viterbo is a lovely small town, and Claudia's place exactly mirrors its character. We loved staying at Claudia's, not just for what I mentioned, but because her instructions were so clear, the amenities were exactly as described, and her home felt so comfortable, we could have stayed longer. Plus...Viterbo may not be on your bucket list, but it should be!

Giulia’s place was absolutely perfect! Far enough away from the centre of Rome to be peaceful from the loud tourist hustle bustle, but close enough to transit systems to make everything convenient to get to. Additionally, as low budget backpackers, Giulia’s breakfast, coffee, snacks, and drinks were wonderful! She was responsive for check in despite our train being delayed for 30 minutes, and was quickly there to meet us when we made contact. She also provided local recommendations of real Roman cuisine which were divine. If I ever find myself in Rome again, I would happily stay here!!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Casa incantevole in un posto tranquillo e silenzioso circondato dalla natura, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Host sempre disponibile. Ideale per bambini e cani. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in Herzen der „Civita de Bagnoregio“. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für 5€ und der Weg zu Fuß dauert in etwa 20 Minuten bis zum zentralen Platz. Die Wohnung ist super edel und toll ausgestattet. Wenn man aus der Tür tritt ist man direkt im Geschehen, trotzdem ist es Nachts ruhig, da die Besucher*innen dann das Dorf verlassen. Wir empfehlen einen Erkundungsspaziergang am frühen Abend mit Sonnenuntergang, da am Vormittag alles voller touris ist. Es war ein unbeschreiblich schönes Erlebnis und lohnt sich definitiv - auch nur für eine Nacht.

Antonio was the perfect host and super helpful and accommodating to our request to check in early. He met us at the apartment and ensured all our questions were answered. Antonio had a beautiful brunch setup and welcoming snacks for us upon our arrival. Antonio helped us arrange for a taxi to take us to the airport on the day of departure and followed up to ensure we got to the airport. Antonio is truely a Superhost! Antonio's place was clean and beautiful. The place had quality towels and the linens were freshly scented. The beds were very comfortable, great shower, clean towels, clean washer and dryer. The location was closed to many restaurants, walking distance to attractions, and located in a quiet complex that felt very safe. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here if in Rome again. Thank you, Antonio, for all your help and kind hospitality!

This was the perfect place to stay when in Rome. We walked to everything we wanted to do, but it still felt tucked away. Claudia was so kind and helpful throughout our stay and went above and beyond when we arrived a little earlier than planned. She let us store our luggage before checking in which was a huge help. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellently place to stay in Sulmona! Graziano was a wonderful host. Walkable to so much. We felt perfectly safe. The area was fairly quiet. Everything we needed was there, great restaurants & local groceries. We will most certainly be back.

This unit was GREAT.. perfect location to reach everything you need. It was very clean. Directions were clear. I can’t say enough about how the host made us feel at home.

Meeting Paolo at entry was definitely a high point - he’s so informative and you can tell he loves his country (listen to the food recommendations too!) So charming and comfortable in an amazing location! Carlo and Lucia had snacks and wine waiting for us, and went above and beyond to arrange our airport transport. Great hosts and experience!

très bel appartement à proximité immédiate du stade olympique très bien desservi par les transports Francesco est un hote très agréable et proactif nous avons beaucoup échangé par message pour les restaurants et il est d une grande écoute

Giancarlo was a great host. Was very helpful and provided us with local recommendations. He responded very quickly when we had any questions and made sure all check in instructions were with us before we reached the property. Great value for money in a central location.

We were welcomed by Fernanda on the entrance of the apartment building and she even let us leave the bags since we arrived early. There is a metro station very close by (8 minutes walk) and the Colosseum is only 30 minutes by walk. The room comes with a private bathroom and toilet which is right across the room. The room was very spacious and looked just liked in the pictures. The room had an AC which will cost an addition of 5 EUR per day, but much recommended in the summer. She also recommended us some good restaurants which we tried. She was a very kind and lovely host and will definitely love to visit again.

Chiara was so helpful during our entire visit. She picked us up from the train station and was always ready to answer any questions. The view from her place is spectacular and she prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The home is authentic Italian and is walkable to everything in Orvieto. We would love to visit Orvieto again and stay with Chiara.

Polecam miejsce i gospodarza mieszkania! Ricardo jest bardzo pomocny i komunikatywny. Bardzo dobrze zorganizowane zakwaterowanie i bardzo duże zainteresowanie nami ze strony gospodarza mieszkania. Mieszkanie blisko Colloseum i z doskonałym dostępem do metra ( 3 minuty od drzwi mieszkania ). Pozdrawiamy

The room was very nice and clean. All the attractions were easy to access by bus or walking. Emanuela was great and all the time asnwered to my questions!!🥰

We hebben 6 heerlijke dagen hier gehad in Rome, vlak bij het Vaticaan en te midden van restaurants en prachtige gebouwen en musea. De host was zeer vriendelijk, gaf tal van tips en als we vragen hadden was hij altijd beschikbaar en bereikbaar

Elisabetta was a most gracious host, her hospitality was second to none. She made me feel like I was family, not a guest in her home.
