Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very comfortable home. We loved all the natural light and that there’s 2 living room spaces. I was also able to walk to multiple coffee spots while soaking up the beautiful neighborhood.

Wendy’s place is absolutely perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Place was very comfortable and well stocked; anything I needed was there. I loved the patio, comfortable bed, and updated bathroom. The kitchenette was perfect for me, as I was visiting my brother and did not need to cook any meals, just coffee and light breakfast. I would absolutely recommend staying here and plan to book again in the future.

Perfect stay for a Seattle vacation. Loved the space and neighborhood. We felt safe and would definitely book this spot again. The living room was super cute— just like the photos.

Fantastic property in on a quiet street, yet close to all the shops, cafes and attractions in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Codi is a terrific host and always responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Great little spot to have as a home base while we were apartment hunting. Great price for the location and helpful host who even let us extend our stay. One note-- Google maps has the wrong home pictured so look for the modern townhome down the hill. Glad to know this is around for when we have visitors from out-of-town so we can recommend:)

We stayed at Cassandra's place for about 6 nights, and it was a really great experience! Close to the highway for convenience, but it was super quiet and peaceful. Cassandra was also very kind and responsive! Great stay for a great price.

I couldn't believe how quiet the neighborhood was! I've never been in such a densely populated area and not heard sirens, loud exhaust, Harleys, etc! The space felt much more secluded than the address would suggest!

Was a great little retreat. Ballard is a lovely area, & you can walk to great coffee & good food from here. And then the hot tub was really a treat!

Great stay in a cool one-bedroom ADU. Location was perfect for us, as we were doing most things on that side of town...Queen Anne, Ballard and Magnolia. Great neighborhood, many parks, very safe and lots of street parking, too! We liked the layout and amenities, and both Bart and Bridgette helped make it an easy stay. They were very responsive when we had questions, and they were excellent hosts overall. I would absolutely recommend this location on your next trip to Seattle!

Delightfully clean, within easy walk of D-bus RapidRide to/from downtown and Ballard. Magnificent view of lit-up Magnolia neighborhood at night. Alex's team was responsive and proactive and friendly throughout. I hope to come back and stay again sometime. Thanks, folks!

Nate and Candace's place was just as described. We needed a place for 3 of us to stay while visiting elderly in-laws who don't have guest space. This was so much nicer and more flexible than a comparably priced hotel room. The park across the street is a nice outdoor space. Parking was super easy right in front of the house. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

This space was wonderful! We absolutely loved the quirks and bright colors. It was an easy check in and great communication from Karla. We will definitely be back! Also, definitely worth the price!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Browns House! Our host was so communicative and hospitable . Ballard is such a a fun neighborhood. We really enjoyed having wine and coffee in Diana's lovely backyard. Fresh eggs and homemade pie really sent it over the edge. We absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting to have a cozy home away from home.

I had an amazing stay! Wonderful neighborhood with tons to do in walking distance. The hosts were very friendly attentive. A great place to stay in Seattle!

Overall good stay! Had a very small issue with water heater but He was very responsive. A little noisy up above us a couple night but I imagine with how close everyone is it’s hard to manage that. Vlad checked in to see how we settled and for instructions for check out which I thought was nice. We used this as a “hub” for us while visiting the surrounding National Parks and it was the perfect spot just to come crash at the end of a busy travel/hiking day. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic spa retreat after long & busy days. Quiet morning coffee spot on the deck. Great neighborhood and location. Jeffery is a thoughtful host - one of the best!!!

We had an amazing time staying here. The place is very nice and clean just like the pictures…lots of lighting with blackout curtains for full privacy. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Seattle again. Bryce is also very responsive.

Great location, 5 min from Gasworks Park and 15min walk to some coffee shops!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

The complex is wooded and has interior beautiful landscaping. The unit is upstairs and looks onto it. The furniture and bedding were just what we wanted. The binder of what you need/want to know is great, there is storage, it's neat and clean, and modern with interesting/practical furnishings. We will stay there again in the future.

I really loved staying here, even for a short while as it was centrally located for all the key tourist spots. I feel like I was able to get around pretty easily either by walking or the public transit. Caroline was very responsive and welcoming. I even used the guide she provided to get my quick list of recommendations of places to visit and see. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a comfortable and accessible spot while staying in Seattle.

We enjoyed our stay, location was perfect - easy walking to area attractions. Room was clean and as described with some personal touches. Jing was the perfect host, responded promptly and communicated efficiently for easy access of the unit. We had a very late arrival which was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again!!!

As a person with memory issues she was always patient and quick to respond to my questiond.The lines were perfect. I asked for extra pillows and I indeed receive extra pillows. If I had to critique it would be maybe leave directions on how to use the Nespresso machine.
