Townhome vacation rentals in Lawton Park, Seattle

We had a great stay at Amir & Amy’s place. It was an extremely convenient location as we have family living in the neighborhood. We have stayed in other units in the area and this one was the best with plenty of space, a clean & well-apportioned kitchen, and comfortable & quiet bedrooms. One point to note: there are two long stairways…one from ground level to the kitchen/living and then from there to the bedroom level. Good handrails and not an issue unless stairs are a concern for you. The area is awesome for walking. We wandered through the nearby streets, admiring the pretty gardens, and houses. Phinney Ridge is a short distance east, although a steep climb. There you can find many food & drink choices, as well as Ken’s Market for groceries. In summary, this is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby restaurants and easy access to the rest of the Seattle’s fine sights, activities and entertainment.

Clean, modern, newer home. Very convenient to the 1 line for short ride to downtown - only $3.00 one way. Great communication. Easy entry with free street parking. Everything you need for your stay. Certainly would recommend to any couple looking for a reasonably priced home close to downtown.

Erin and Shawn do a great job of communicating information about their property, it’s amenities, and the local attractions nearby. The property was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. It was unseasonably warm during our visit, so the 2nd floor was a tad warmer than usual but the fans they provided kept us cool during the night when the temps dropped. They were also helpful and responsive when I asked for advice. Overall, I appreciated their detailed overview of the space, including check in and check out procedures and parking…it helped eliminate any anxiety around unknowns. The location can’t be beat in Capitol Hill - lots of awesome restaurants and bars are nearby. The view of the city/Space Needle from the rooftop is awesome!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. The townhouse was just as expected. Parking is not ideal and streets are tight, but that is typical of the location. The house is walkable to many restaurants and a local grocery store. We were given clear instructions on parking, entering the house and checking out. Thank you for a great stay!

i've never used airbnb before this and Tri made it really easy for me. only stayed one night in seattle but it was the perfect spot for my friends and i. perfect for a group of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff. super simple process would definitely recommend it.

Easy access to Redmond, very walkable to everything. 425 Fitness gym close by one the best!

The hosting was phenomenal and Ali was more than willing to work around any situations that arose. Overall great customer service and would definitely stay again!

Lovely close views of the Space needle, downtown Seattle, Mt Rainier, and the water, from your own private rooftop deck? What is not to love. We were blown away. Catherine and Daniel's home was private, updated, clean, beds were super comfortable, and home was spacious. Entrance to the home is lined with beautiful flowers and equally beautiful view of the water. I was a little concerned with the four floors and a crawling baby but we made it work easily. Hosts responded and were proactive with any question. We had a plumbing issue upon arrival and they showed up while we were at dinner to fix. We loved coming back home to this space and enjoyed the 3rd and 4th floors (kitchen, living, rooftop) the most. The first floor, two bedrooms, was a little out of the way so we just put the kids there to sleep and didn't spend much time there at all.

Amazing location, tons of space, clean and quiet while still being walking distance to the heart of fremont. A perfect home base!! Highly recommend!

We booked Jacob’s place last minute, and it was great. It is spacious, and there are a lot of great amenities like the rooftop. The primary bedroom is my dream bedroom. There is street parking, but it wasn’t too difficult to find a space. There are a lot of stairs, so be prepared. Jacob was very communicative and responsive.

Another great staty at Alan's place. The location is very convenient, an easy 20min walk to Fremont's restaurants and PCC Market, a 30 min walk to Lower Queen Anne's restaurants and supermarkets, and a nice stroll down to the lake. I loved parking my car in the little parking lot behind the house and walking everywhere for 5 days. There is also a bus stop right outside, and rental electric bikes and scooters all over the place. Alan's place is comfortable and well equipped. It's clear that a lot of thought went into all the little details that guests might need during the stay. The bed was very comfortable, the shades block the light completely, I slept very well. I live in the woods with 0 car noise, but I wasn't bothered by the traffic sounds outsides, I was surprised at how quiet it was at night. I'd be happy to stay there again, very comfortable and clean place!

Carrie's place was great! The place was really clean and cozy, and equipped with really nice appliances. It's also located in such a great spot, beautiful nature around and easy access to public transportation. Carrie was also very helpful and a great host overall. Would highly recommend!

The Airbnb experience was amazing. Never had an issue with parking. The place was clean and host was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Also within walking distance to many local coffee shops, grocery, and restaurants. Neighborhood was peaceful and never had an issue. Overall a great experience.

We loved our stay at this townhouse! We arrived late after an international flight to find cozy comfy beds, a clean spacious kitchen and a great place to sit down and chat with each other. Not to mention the coffee machine stocked with pods! And the hosts’ incredible friendliness and willingness to make it a great stay for us. We loved exploring the Queen Anne neighborhood and enjoyed an easy walk down to lake union park. The townhouse is tucked away in a nice quiet street and it was easy to get to downtown and also to Ballard for the farmers market. We would totally stay here again!

Overall, a great place to stay. Parking was provide and straightforward to find albeit in a tight alleyway. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Seattle, but one thing to note is that this place in particular in directly over the flight path for flights coming into and out of the airport, so noise is something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

We had such a lovely stay in Cat’s home. A gem of a place— light and airy, with all the conveniences. We were there for two weeks, and we felt entirely at home. Cat was the perfect host—responsive and welcoming. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Such an excellent place to stay. If you are in Seattle, you won’t find a better place for the price. Very clean, well set up, and cool. There is a roof top patio that is so amazing. I highly recommend!

Tyler and Angie’s place was the perfect stay for me! I am very OCD about cleanliness and usually clean everything before I settle in. I did bring along my cleaning supplies but the place was super clean already. Tyler and Angie allowed me to check in early, which was so helpful. I was stressed and exhausted this trip, but they accommodated me in every way. Tyler also quickly fixed a toilet issue during my stay. The little touches around the place— colors, positive notes, and plenty of kitty items (I love cats), really made the home peaceful and comfortable. The shower is huge and the kitchen is perfect. It contained everything needed for the couple nights I stayed. Safeway is walkable, which was so convenient. I will definitely stay again next time I visit Seattle! Leigha was a great host. Very responsive and helpful when needed. She even saw that we had a three year old staying at the property and asked if we needed any items to help accommodate such as a high chair. Her place was very clean and had all the amenities that you will need. Highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brian’s Airbnb. Excellent response and communication throughout the entire stay. The battery on the auto door lock went dead on our 3rd day of the trip and within a couple of hours of alerting our host the batteries were replaced and back up and running without us having to lift a finger. The house was clean, had all the amenities listed on the posting and would certainly recommend to anyone looking to visit Seattle due to the convenient location! Thanks again Brian :)

Great cap hill location. Loved having the garage space. Great instructions from the host. Host is willing to handle any leftover food to make your departure easier. Close to Trader Joe’s. Go try Katy’s famous breakfast sandwich! AC in the first floor bedroom would make this spot completely perfect.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, in a great location, and everything felt new. The bedrooms are on separate floors, which gave us nice privacy. Spacious bathrooms and a nice rooftop for evening drinks. There are a lot of stairs, and street parking was sometimes hard to find, but overall the stay was perfect. Easy check-in and checkout, and the host was great. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great, quiet area a few minutes walk from the Museum of Pop & the Space Needle area. The apartment was as advertised - clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was amazing and luckily we used it most nights because of the fantastic weather. There are multiple great cafes right on the block and a grocery store a block away. It didn't bother us but if you have problems with steps, this place honestly isn't for you. Street parking was pretty easy but there was one day (memorial day) that I had to park a bit further away. Liz was a communicative host and everything was smooth. Overall a good experience.
