Jacqueline was very friendly and helpful when booking the accommodation She gave clear instructions of how to access the property. She was responsive to any queries and answered back very quickly. She was accommodating and let us into the property early as we had had a 10 hour journey and kids very tired. No faults With accommodation. Pleasant stay. Thank you
