Perfect stopover for these tired travellers on their way much further north. The house was spotless and very handy for the town and local services. We enjoyed a good evening and slept well before heading off early. We recommend Paul's house.

Staying at Joe’s place was a great experience. The apartment was spotless, clean, very spacious and well equipped. Joe was always very responsive and helpful and made sure we had the best stay possible. It’s really close to the centre by transports and really easy to walk around. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you again Joe!

Absolutely fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the wonderful village of Strathaven, and the great home. We very much appreciated the robes and slippers, which added to the coziness and comfort of the home. Naomi's suggestions for a local coffee shop and the best place to catch the train for Edinburgh were incredibly helpful. Our kids loved seeing the animals nearby (and especially enjoyed a visit from David the goat who Naomi brought down for us to pet). The house had everything we needed and was close to restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby village. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a day exploring all around Scotland. We highly recommend!

Lucy is a very kind and generous person. She will do her utmost to help with any problems. Yesterday, I went out the back door to find a box of eggs from her chickens. She leaves them regularly. I know if there is anything where I need assistance I just need to ask and she's there. A truly super host

The best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. We celebrated my mums 60th here and we were all in awe at how gorgeous and homely it was. Allison and Declan have created a beautiful place and they have thought of everything you need and more! The Old Dairy is clean, comfortable and spacious. Hot tub was very nice! We were left a lovely basket full of goodies and they even made up a basket for our dog with treats, bowls, a towel and a toy! Can’t recommend this place enough - we will definitely be back

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

We loved Fairy Cottage's location, very peaceful, but there is lots to do in the surrounding area and it's very close to Lochside where we were attending a wedding reception. Hugh was so helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a stay in this area. We only wished that we could have stayed longer - we were there for just 1 night. Angela had left us some little cakes which were much appreciated by us with a cup of tea after our 5 hour jorney from Lancashire after delays on the M6. We regularly use Peel cottage as a base when visiting family in East Kilbride and Glasgow. Perfect size for our family. Immaculate as always with everything you could need for a cosy getaway.
