Unser charmantes Stadthaus aus dem 19. Jh. liegt im Herzen der mittelfränkischen Kleinstadt Lauf a. d. Pegnitz direkt neben dem historischen Wenzelschloss. Es verbindet alte Sandsteinmauern mit urbanem Lifestyle. In direkter Laufumgebung befindet sich die Innenstadt mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Top Restaurants und Cafés. In ca. 25 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Nürnberg, den Flughafen oder die Messe Nürnberg. Auch das Wanderparadies der fränkischen Schweiz ist nicht weit entfernt.

Zentrale, kleine Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang. 120x200 Bett ,nur für eine (1) Person geeignet. Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

The apartments are equipped with everything to provide you with a cozy and relaxing stay. The property is completely fenced and has a covered barbecue area with charcoal barbecue.

You reach Nürnberg Messezentrum by car in 25 minutes, to Bayreuth it takes 35 min. Close to the beautiful country side Frankonian Swiss. We don´t charge for Children under 2 y. The beds are made and towels are in the bathroom. No Partys!
