A brand new cottage located in Åvedal right by Åvedalsvannet. Quiet place with rich wildlife close to nature. Here you can pick blueberries in the summer, go canoeing, barbecue on the fireplace and swim by the jetty. Good hiking opportunities just outside the cabin. Brufjellhulene, Helleren in Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet and Sogndalstrand. Shopping opportunities in the small towns of Egersund and Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway should be experienced by motor enthusiasts. Preparete ski slopes on Sætra.

Large funky house with Jacuzzi. Private beach line

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

We greatly enjoyed the few days we stayed in your house! The house is nicely furnished, the view from the terrace is beautiful - beautiful view of the setting sun! The swimming pond with slide is definitely a plus (although it was too cold for us to stay in the water for more than 10 minutes) :-) The kitchen is very well equipped with very nice crockery and a coffee machine that makes you happy in the morning. The house is within walking distance of 2 shops and a bakery - ideal :-) On our last morning we saw a deer, very nice! Contact with Henriette went very smoothly, you can see all the details that she cares with a lot of love for her house and her guests! We will be happy to come back :-)

The place was well-equipped and very comfortable. This was the perfect spot for a romantic weekend getaway. Irene created such a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We stayed there for 3 nights and felt very much at home. The house is very comfortable and personally furnished. It is right on the lake with beautiful views and we were able to swim, boat trips, hiking, mushrooms and berries. The communication with Hilde was very friendly and positive. We highly recommend it and thank you for the nice time.

The cabin is in a beautiful location, very peaceful. It has everything you need, a great shower, lots of hot water, wood burner which was welcome in the evenings and well equipped kitchen. Einar was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this lovely cabin.

We had a wonderfully relaxing 3 night stay at AM accommodation. Both accommodation and communication was exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding accommodation.

A warm living area features comfortable seating with various textured cushions. Large windows provide scenic views of Sundsvatnet and fill the space with natural light. A rustic dining table accompanied by wooden chairs complements the cozy atmosphere of the cabin.

I’m lucky to found this place, and met Steinar. A wonderful host, and house is obsoletely the best ever been. It is a place as if in some folklore dream. We had difficulty to go up to the house, Steinar is so kind, helps us all the time.
