The apartment has its own parking space, and most of the city's offerings are within walking distance, with a short distance to the hospital, Aibel and HVL. Please notice that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The apartment has been used as a viewing apartment for a number of residential magazines, and was presented in good morning Norway in light of sustainable renovation. No one lives in the apartment.
