Cosy and quiet mountain flat

The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a carport parking space. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

Right in the middle and cozy

Zero zero four three six six six four five nine Two six zero seven two would be the direct contact with me. In the middle of Mayrhofen in an around 300 year old wooden house with simple equipment and angled small rooms. The Mayrhofner cable cars, nature and Zillertal Bergwelt right around the corner. I primarily rent privately. Just send me a usual message please. Up to 9 people is possible. Tourist tax of EUR 2.20 per person per night please deposit here reliably!

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

We had a wonderful getaway as a family! The place was great: everything as described, very clean and a great kitchen equipment. The beds were comfortable. The view is wonderful! Waterfall and beautiful large playground within walking distance. Just a few minutes by car to the hikes. A great area. The place is highly recommended. Our hostess was always available on site and made a flexible (very late) arrival possible without any problems. Very quiet atmosphere. Breakfast with a view at the front door. Simply beautiful! Perfect with kids.

Highly recommended! Basic but very cosy, clean room. Equipped with everything that a single skier might need. Close to ski-lift. Josef and Marta are extremely friendly and welcoming hosts keen to give local tips. The breakfasts were great. Definitely will come back.

The apartment is easy to find and has plenty of space for cars. We were welcomed by the landlord and felt comfortable right away. The apartment is as shown and described online. It is large, offers plenty of space for spending time together. The rooms are large and well furnished and the bathrooms fulfill all wishes. In addition, the kitchen and all other rooms are equipped with everything your heart desires. The ski cellar can accommodate 6 skis and is additionally equipped with a washer and dryer. We were the only tour group in the house, which made it very quiet and private. The location is great. Ski bus right at your doorstep, town and train station within walking distance, super delicious restaurant right next door. For us as dog owners, it is super suitable, since walking paths all around, large meadow right outside the door and also hikes from the house are no problem. We felt very comfortable and booked again directly for next year.
