Spacious apartment in country house

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. In the heart of the Plaimont wine area, local bars and restaurants are easily reached as are Aignan and Lupiac with their swimming lakes and lakeside restaurants. We are opposite a public swimming pool and crazy golf and near the banks of the River Arros. The Pyrenees, Bordeaux and Toulouse are all within a 2 hour drive and Lourdes with its famous pilgrimage site is an hours drive

One bed house, on Marciac lake, quiet location, stunning views. Free and private parking, 2min walk. Outdoor terrace. Private, shared, heated swimming pool (June - September). Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

You will enjoy a peaceful and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walks or bike rides, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool May, June, July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
