Monthly Rentals in Las Poyatas

Comfortable terraced house, very quiet neighborhood, very nice view from the terrace even if at the end of February you have to dress warmly to enjoy it. It is always good in the house although there is no heating. Great shower. Very simple check-in details. Excellent and effective communication. We will have missed a kitchen background that we usually find in this type of rental.

We had a great time (10 days) in Jorge's charming home. The view of the mountains and sea is amazing. The environment is very peaceful and many trails are easily and quickly accessible from the rental. The house is bright and quiet, and its 3 terraces are very pleasant. Jorge was very responsive and efficient when we needed information. We enjoyed his kindness and buns! We would definitely stay with Mercedes and Jorge again, and recommend this rental.

The moment you arrive at Faial’s forest house, you come to rest. The house is both renovated and furnished with taste and beautifully situated. Great views, hiking path from your front door and centrally located. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable with good beds and comfy couch. The kitchen is equipped with anything and more you have at home, including all basic food stuffs. Faial is a very attentive host, responds always quickly and thinks along (e.g. warned us for a road closure that was only announced in the local newspaper, called to a mini-market to check whether they would be open late on Good Friday). In case we ever come back to La Gomera, we will certainly book the forest house again!
