Ein Haus mitten in den Bergen, einige Autominuten vom nächsten Ort Santa Lucia entfernt.... dort ist es absolut still und die Landschaft mit Bergen ist unfassbar schön! Sehr selten hört man mal ein Auto vorbeifahren und ab und zu mal Hundegebell oder den Hahn. Herrlich!!! Wir haben die obere Wohnung bewohnt, die genauso aussieht, wie auf den Fotos. Esther wohnt direkt nebenan - zusammen mit 2 Hunden und einer süßen weißen Katze. Der Pool war toll zum Schwimmen und man konnte dort im Oktober ab etwa halb elf morgens in der Sonne frühstücken. Das Haus war nicht ganz so einfach zu finden, aber Esther war telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns netterweise mit dem Auto in Santa Lucia abgeholt und ist bis zur Unterkunft vor uns hergefahren! Esther war freundlich, das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem, was nötig ist, ausgestattet (inkl. Orangenpresse). Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at Marga and Alberto’s apartment near Las Palmas was nothing short of magical! Nestled in a peaceful rural area, the location offered the perfect balance of serene countryside charm and easy access to the vibrant energy of Las Palmas. Waking up to birdsong and breathtaking views every morning was a dream. Marga and her son Alberto were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, the bed was comfy, and the private outdoor space became our favorite spot to unwind. The peacefulness of the surroundings made it ideal for recharging, yet we were just a short drive from beaches, restaurants, and city life.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti nell'appartamento di Manuel e siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. Da subito Manuel si è dimostrato disponibile, rispondendo sempre ai miei messaggi. Ci ha accolti personalmente ed è stato molto cordiale e accogliente. L'appartamento è come da foto, adatto a due persone e molto pulito. La cucina è ben fornita, il bagno è piccolino ma dispone di tutto il necessario. La terrazza vista mare è stupenda e abbiamo potuto fare colazione lì godendoci la vista. Posizione super tranquilla e comodamente raggiungibile in macchina dall'aeroporto.

We had a nice five days/nights at Alberto's place. The location is beautiful - great views from the large terrace. Very quiet and peaceful setting. We were quite comfortable and felt safe and secure. The kitchen was well equipped, the internet and TV were great, and the apartment is quite spacious. The bed was OK but not great. We really only had written communication with Alberto before check-in and at check-out. He generally provided all the info we needed. No face to face contact. Be aware that there are 55 or so steps from street level down to the apartment. Not a problem for us but could be a concern for some.

The villa was very nice exactly as described, communication with the Host (Fabio )was good he was there to meet us, he also arranged a taxi etc for our return to the airport. It is approximately a 30-minute walk to the Beach, or 20 minutes to the Yumbo centre, there is a Lidle supermarket only 5 mints away, we had a great time over Christmas and new year.

wunderbare ruhige Gegend mit einem großartigen Blick. Maurice und Marga haben die Wohnung und den Garten sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Natur mögen, werden Sie diese Unterkunft lieben. In der Realität wirkt die Wohnung noch netter, als auf den Fotos.

Friendly host and easy check-in. The apartment was according to the description and pictures. I had everything I needed for my stay. Clean place. Would recommend to stay here if going to Soria.

I’ve had a lovely stay. Jesus and his friend were very friendly, communication was great, they even made me breakfast and we’ve had some nice chats. They also gave me an extra, warm duvet, which I was grateful For as I tend to get cold at night. The place is nice and spacious, surrounded by a lovely garden. The main gate is locked but there is no lock on the actual room. It felt safe anyway as it’s at the very bottom of a quiet street. Plenty of parking. Toilet and kitchen is in the main house. There is a kettle in the room.

Wir haben die Zeit an diesem wunderbaren Ort und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet zur Selbstversorgung, wir haben nichts vermisst. Alina hat uns herzlich empfangen und war auch beim Checkout sehr entgegenkommend. Die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert und freundlich. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bungalow! It was the perfect holiday escape—peaceful, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped with everything I could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), making it easy to cook and feel at home. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and really comfortable. The hosts were wonderful—welcoming, responsive, and made check-in super smooth. I also loved the outdoor area

I really liked my staying there. Everything was like promised. People was super nice there and the volunteers were lovely and helpful. The historic area of Vegueta is so beautiful and is nice genuine people living there. Everything you need is close, like food markets, cafeterias and bus station. Special thanks to Bruno and Andreas, they welcomed me so warmly.

El alojamiento de lujo, más grande de lo que parecía en las fotos y muy bonito. Muy recomendable y además mola la experiencia de ducharse viendo la tele. Lo menos que nos gustó es que estuvimos muy poco tiempo en él para llegar a disfrutarlo.

Lovely place, really close to Las Canteras beach with an area for co-working. Perfect if you’re travelling and working.

Nette landestypische Unterkunft. Wenn man die Haustür öffnet steht man sofort im großen Wohnraum. Frische Luft kann man leider nur bei geöffneter Wohnungstür hereinlassen oder über das Fenster im Nebenraum (Küche). Die große Wohnungstür hat aber eine Lichtöffnung, so das auch Tageslicht in den Raum strahlen kann, wenn man das mag. Wenn man aus der Wohnung kommt, hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick Richtung Meer und über die Stadt. Der Botanische Garten ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die wirklich schöne Altstadt liegt keine 5 Minuten entfernt und auch hier bietet ein schöner Stadtpark Gelegenheit, Ruhe zu tanken. Der Busbahnhof und andere Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Mit PKW ist es etwas schwierig - es ist zwar wahr, dass direkt vor dem Haus 2 kostenfreie Parkplätze eingezeichnet sind, aber diese sind so gut wie immer belegt, da die Anwohner der ganzen Straße diese mitnutzen. Mann muss dann sozusagen 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Auto einplanen. Wir sind nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren und haben uns auf die Spaziergänge in die Altstadt oder zur Bushaltestelle gefreut. Die Wohnung bietet sonst alles was man braucht - immer Warmwasser, Kühlschrank, Ventilator und die kostenlose Internetverbindung war sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und wären für uns da gewesen, wenn wir das gewünscht hätten. Auch bei Sturmwarnung waren die Gastgeber um uns besorgt und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite - sie waren jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Wenn man keinen Parkplatz vor der Wohnung benötigt, ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank an Maria und Chris :-)

Все дуже сподобалось. Отримала чіткі інструкції стосовно того, як потрапити в будівлю, в хостелі мене зустрів Бруно і все пояснив та показав. Кухня була спільна, з усім необхідним обладнанням, посудом тощо. Кімната була окрема, з двома ліжками, двома столами, вішаками для одягу, дзеркалом та іншим.В душі була гаряча вода, також були кулери з питною водою. Я приїхала в неділю і одразу потрапила на спільну вечерю, яку готував один з гостей, Алексіо. Це було дуже смачно! Всі гості були дуже приємні і чемні.

Acceuil parfait, maison idéale

We loved staying at Maria’s as our home base while we explored Gran Canaria. The kitchen was great and allowed us to cook many meals (necessary for an extended stay). My husband and I were both able to work comfortably using the WiFi and the desk provided. Maria was very responsive and helpful, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us.

Was a peaceful private place in the valley, was unfortunate that the weather was cloudy when we were there but that can't be helped. There's a beautiful local restaurant only a 5 minute walk away that serves great food at great prices, this was recommended to us by the host. Need a car to be able to stay there as Maspalomas is around a 15 minute drive away. Hope to come again!
