House vacation rentals in Las Navas de la Concepción

A charming house, especially for a large group of friends or family. We really liked having rooms with their own private bathrooms. In addition, there are 2 more rooms upstairs that share a common bathroom and another room downstairs with a bathroom next to its door. The stay was very good, comfortable, very cozy and we were all comfortable with the fireplace that helps a lot to heat the house, especially on the ground floor. The place is very quiet and there was a lot of silence around it, as it is a very secluded village, but it helps to disconnect a little from the noise of the city. Good communication with Luis too. There are places for quiet hiking around the countryside. In short, a recommended house for several people (there were 11 of us) We would repeat. Thank you!

We loved the casita, everything was perfect and Sofía was quick to respond to my doubts, despite the sweltering heat, outside in the pool it was great, the only thing to highlight the dogs of the neighbor who barked at night, waking us and the feared mosquitoes in spite of having mosquito nets in the windows, in a minimum carelessness to open the door to enter or leave they were already sneaking inside, realizing the next morning when I saw the hives in the body, if I return to Andalucía repeat without hesitation, thank you very much for everything

We had a great time together as a family. Juan and his sister were very kind and helpful at all times. We will definitely be back.

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! Great host, lovely villa, even more beautiful in person.

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s fairly quiet, approximately 25 mins from Seville. There are few local shops, but plenty in Carmona 10-15 mins drive. The place is well set out, the pool area is lovely, and a larger pool than we’ve seen before. Teresa is ver helpful, very friendly and although we had a language barrier, we communicated well. Shes nearby and responds straight away. There can be a noise of dogs barking from around, but it’s not very often, and we didn’t notice after a while. The facilities are good, the rooms a good size. I would highly recommend a stay at Teresa’s, there’s a lot of space and a beautiful pool.

Beautiful space in a great location. Courtyard was both beautiful and relaxing. One thing to note if you have a car: Parking was difficult to access due to limited parking available in the area and police blocking roads to closest parking garage in the evening and on weekends.

They were very accommodating and responsive. I couldn’t recommend them more!!

We had a lovely time in this apartment! Jose & Mirella have thought of every detail to make this home beautiful and comfortable. The apartment is quiet and tastefully decorated with lots of natural light. The location could not be better - central to the restaurants, shops, and bars and just steps from the Mezquita mosque (a spectacular must-see). Our hosts were always responsive and helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. We truly appreciated their flexibility with our arrival and departure needs. Check-in and -out were a breeze. We would give this apartment 10 stars ⭐️ if given the option. Thank you Jose and Mirella for a fantastic stay!

I can’t say enough about Alonso’s place- amazing location right off the bridge and walkable to all the important sites in Sevilla. Alonso was proactive it reaching out well in advance of our stay with recommendations, parking and TONS os tips on where to go to help us plan our first visit to Sevilla- the place in incredible- well designed, spacious, and makes you feel wish you could live in the desirable Triana section. Gorgeous too patio where we would enjoy our breakfast- and such a convenient location to food, stores and anything you need. Host was responsive with any questions we had at any time. We loved this trip and the place so much we would LOVE to come and stay again- it was a large part in making this such a memorable trip!

This little house is such a lovely place to stay. Great for families and the neighborhood is wonderful too — tucked away from busy streets but close enough to walk to attractions. We loved it!

This is a new airbnb house, and the location is little different than other Airbnb. This area is like a real local area, so you can find some local restaruants very easily. Specially, the owner is very helpful. We had a key issue due to our fault, which was that we left our key inside and the door was looked. The owner helped me to solve it very quickly and never experienced any difficulty during our stays. The price is so worth to stay. The rooftop is really great

Super! Phenomenal!! Perfect! Very good house with great spaces. The house is in the very center. Everything is dedicated to the guest's enjoyment, and the location is incredible. We covered 20 km a day, and whenever we were too tired, the apartment is just around the corner... Given that the apartment is in the center of the center, no one can expect silence and the chirping of birds. But even that is not a problem. We kept the windows closed and the terrace door open. On the first floor, you have no idea that you are in the very center. Long story short, the apartment was really phenomenal for us! Considering that it is a pedestrian zone, the garage is a bit far, but not everything can be perfect. But we parked the car and didn't think about the car for 4 days. That means that it doesn't really matter where you park if you're a little organized... If we ever come back to Seville, we're waiting exclusively for this apartment, we were so happy staying there....

The house is very spacious, quite cool, with a pool, air conditioning almost everywhere, a very well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room with a television and sofas, rooms with very comfortable mattresses, and the garage is a plus. Things to improve: some doors are difficult to close, some air conditioners did not work and a toilet did not work 100%. Apart from these little things, the house is highly recommended. The owner is very attentive.

It is a beautiful and quiet accommodation, perfect to disconnect. Its location, the style and design of the construction, the pool, the garden, just listening to the birds singing… make you never want to leave. It is very tastefully decorated and everything is very well cared for, very clean, it has everything you might need and the interaction with the host is simply unbeatable. Definitely a place to go back to

Very nice house and enclosure in a rural area, next to several caves and with a lot of tranquility, 20 mins by car from Cordoba (here a car is almost essential, since the bus stop is 2.5km away). The house is very well equipped, and allows cooking (there are species and there are dishwasher) and even washing and drying clothes. The house is quite clean, although there were some little little things that could still have cleaned better (but well, in vacation homes it is usually like that). In the enclosure there are chickens, cats and dogs that add to the magic of the place. A little tour to the caves next door is offered as Airbnb guest Finally, the hosts were very kind and thoughtful, asking each other how we were, giving us good local recommendations and generally really caring about guests. We are very grateful and it has been a real pleasure. Thank you very much

We had a great stay! Home is absolutely gorgeous and extremely central. So many things to do within less than 5 minutes of walking. You do not need a car unless you wanted to take a day trip to another city. As many others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs in the home. I think it'd help to know that there are 3 sets of stairs and that the first floor is only an entry way. You have to walk up the first set of stairs to get the living room and kitchen. Also, if you need any baby safe products while in Sevilla in general, you will need to special order from Amazon and see if the host can hold it for you prior to the stay. Or if its a small enough product, bring it with you. We had a small issue with our toddler that we were in need of something and after searching for 2 days in multiple types of stores, this is what we learned. The hosts themselves were great, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Manuel was a wonderful host. We were very late arriving due to a mix up with the car hire at the airport but both Manuel and his wife, Carmen still waited to greet us and to show us around the property. Carmen had left snacks for us as we had not had dinner, which we very much appreciated. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and was spotlessly clean. We had a problem with the car port door which we could not open due to it expanding in the heat, but Manuel immediately told us what to do to open it and came over the next day to fix it. The pool area, veranda and garden area were great to relax in and we spent most of our time out there. We used the property as a base to explore Sevilla, Cadiz and Cordoba. The property is approx 20 to 25 minutes drive from Seville and the airport. The only minor complaint we had was that the beds were hard but other than that we would thoroughly recommend the property and would definitely go back. Thank you Manuel for a lovely week.

This is a fantastic property for those who wish to travel to Seville and explore the beautiful city. It is located a very short distance away from the hustle of Santa Cruz, and provides a much nicer environment to stay. There are local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. The accommodation is incredibly clean, well furnished and thoroughly loved. Ana was excellent at communicating with us, providing us with recommendations and being flexible based on our needs. Just one note—it can get a little bit noisy at night with those leaving nearby bars, but nothing that prevents sleep. This was an excellent stay and when visiting Seville in the future, I will most definitely be looking to return here.
