House vacation rentals in Las Navas de la Concepción

Casa encantadora sobretodo para un grupo grande de amigos o familiares. Nos gustó mucho tener habitaciones con sus propios baños privados. Aparte, hay 2 habitaciones más en la planta de arriba que comparten baño común y otra habitación más en la planta de abajo con baño al lado de su puerta. La estancia ha estado muy bien, cómoda, muy acogedora y todos estuvimos a gusto con la chimenea que ayuda mucho a que se caliente la casa sobretodo en la planta de abajo. El sitio es muy tranquilo y había mucho silencio alrededor al ser un pueblo muy apartado pero que ayuda para desconectar un poco del ruido de la ciudad. Buena comunicacíon con Luis también. Hay sitios para hacer senderismo tranquilo alrededor por el campo. En resumen, casa recomendable para varias personas (fuimos 11) Repetiríamos. Gracias!

Our stay was so nice! We had a great Easter week with family, the pool when the sun is out is amazing and the location is stunning, private and tucked away in rolling hills with amazing views. It’s a stunning villa, plenty of places to relax and read, easy to have lots of people here and still have privacy - feels like home. Maria was very helpful, always responsive and welcoming. She provided some great local recommendations including restaurants and day trips. Highly recommend! Beautiful part of the world and amazing host and villa.

We stayed for a Hen do of 13 ladies! The Villa exceeded our expectations, and Ana made us feel so welcome and at home. Ana recommended a paella chef and Pilates instructor to come to the villa and provide a private experience for us. This was very special! Sometimes our taxi’s struggled to find the address of the villa on the return back from days/evenings out. We weren’t sure why this was, just always double check the address is correct before returning as we did get dropped off in some different locations at times. We will most definitely be back!! Thank you Ana and your family for a wonderful experience.

Nos encantó la casita, estaba todo perfecto y Sofía respondía rápidamente a mis dudas, a pesar del calor sofocante, fuera en la piscina se estaba genial, lo único a destacar los perros de la vecina que ladraban por la noche, despertándonos y desvelandonos y los temidos mosquitos a pesar de tener mosquiteras en las ventanas, en un mínimo descuido de abrir la puerta pa entrar o salir ya se colaban dentro, dándote cuenta a la mañana siguiente al ver las ronchas en el cuerpo, si vuelvo a Andalucía repetire sin dudarlo, muchas gracias por todo

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! We verbleven in Juan zijn vakantiehuis als uitvalsbasis om Sevilla en omstreken te verkennen en dat was perfect! Het huisje is zeer ruim, mooie tuin met verfrissend zwembad. Goeie bedden, propere badkamer. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf! Zeker een aanrader!

Truely a hidden gem in Sevilla. Unbeatable location - central enough that everything was walkable within 15min, but just off the heavily trafficked areas, more like a residential neighborhood than a tourist/hotel sector. Charming Moroccan/Riad style layout, but you have the entire unit (3 floors + private rooftop!) to yourself. Functional kitchen with all the utensils & appliances that made getting our own groceries and cooking some of our own meals seamless - fyi there are 100s of restaurants in the area but they tend to serve the same dishes. Was nice to be able to create some culinary variety for ourselves. Spectacular view of the cathedral from the roof. The private pool during the 100+ degree heatwave was worth every penny! Naively we rented a car - driving & parking in central Sevilla is a serious challenge - but the host Henny showed us a 24/7 underground parking lot nearby that was v affordable (~ €20/day). Powerful A/c and cozy bed in main bedroom. 100% highest recommendation!

Le book avec toutes les choses à faire est très pratiques et nous avons eu le droit à une bouteille de pétillant, lait, jus d orange et eau ce qui est un plus. piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir et se reposer après une journée de visite

Beautiful space in a great location. Courtyard was both beautiful and relaxing. One thing to note if you have a car: Parking was difficult to access due to limited parking available in the area and police blocking roads to closest parking garage in the evening and on weekends.

This place was the perfect location and right in the heart of Seville. I recommend it for anyone who has a big group and would like to be close walking distance to many major attractions. There is AC in four of the bedrooms, the bottom floor bedroom is off of the garage with no AC and can be a bit noisy at night but the other rooms are away from the hustle and bustle. Lots of stairs between each level so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or very young children. The rooftop area was lovely for spending time together in the evenings. Overall, great place with lovely decor and really added to our wonderful experience in Sevilla!

Casa Lopresti est une maison typique au milieu des oliviers. Super accueil par Francisco, il est très gentil, toujours souriant. Le logement est très confortable et bien équipée. La petite terrasse est super pour prendre un café et la terrasse avec piscine très joliment aménagée. Le temps était encore un peu frais à notre arrivée mais je pense que pendant les fortes chaleurs la piscine est un vrai plus.L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les grandes villes de Grenade Cordoue mais aussi se promener le long du lac d'Iznajar, ou aller à Zuheros (belles randonnées). Petits restos sympas à proximité et tous les commerces à Iznajar. Un super endroit pour visiter l'Andalousie du centre

We had a lovely time in this apartment! Jose & Mirella have thought of every detail to make this home beautiful and comfortable. The apartment is quiet and tastefully decorated with lots of natural light. The location could not be better - central to the restaurants, shops, and bars and just steps from the Mezquita mosque (a spectacular must-see). Our hosts were always responsive and helpful and provided excellent local recommendations. We truly appreciated their flexibility with our arrival and departure needs. Check-in and -out were a breeze. We would give this apartment 10 stars ⭐️ if given the option. Thank you Jose and Mirella for a fantastic stay!

With 9 other friends we spent 10 nights at Amanda’s place. We have had a wonderful time! The place was very clean, the beds comfortable. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely Mediterranean vibe. I can only recommend!!

Super! Phenomenal!! Perfect! Very good house with great spaces. The house is in the very center. Everything is dedicated to the guest's enjoyment, and the location is incredible. We covered 20 km a day, and whenever we were too tired, the apartment is just around the corner... Given that the apartment is in the center of the center, no one can expect silence and the chirping of birds. But even that is not a problem. We kept the windows closed and the terrace door open. On the first floor, you have no idea that you are in the very center. Long story short, the apartment was really phenomenal for us! Considering that it is a pedestrian zone, the garage is a bit far, but not everything can be perfect. But we parked the car and didn't think about the car for 4 days. That means that it doesn't really matter where you park if you're a little organized... If we ever come back to Seville, we're waiting exclusively for this apartment, we were so happy staying there....

Perfect relaxing accommodation for our Honeymoon break. Plenty of equipment incl fans and air con for the hot days.

Manuel was a wonderful host. We were very late arriving due to a mix up with the car hire at the airport but both Manuel and his wife, Carmen still waited to greet us and to show us around the property. Carmen had left snacks for us as we had not had dinner, which we very much appreciated. The property was exactly as shown in the photos and was spotlessly clean. We had a problem with the car port door which we could not open due to it expanding in the heat, but Manuel immediately told us what to do to open it and came over the next day to fix it. The pool area, veranda and garden area were great to relax in and we spent most of our time out there. We used the property as a base to explore Sevilla, Cadiz and Cordoba. The property is approx 20 to 25 minutes drive from Seville and the airport. The only minor complaint we had was that the beds were hard but other than that we would thoroughly recommend the property and would definitely go back. Thank you Manuel for a lovely week.

This is a fantastic property for those who wish to travel to Seville and explore the beautiful city. It is located a very short distance away from the hustle of Santa Cruz, and provides a much nicer environment to stay. There are local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. The accommodation is incredibly clean, well furnished and thoroughly loved. Ana was excellent at communicating with us, providing us with recommendations and being flexible based on our needs. Just one note—it can get a little bit noisy at night with those leaving nearby bars, but nothing that prevents sleep. This was an excellent stay and when visiting Seville in the future, I will most definitely be looking to return here.
