Welcome to our exclusive property located in a private community with 24/7 security, just 15 min from Old San Juan, Condado, touristic places. Only 20 min from SJU Airport. Everything about our stay was nothing short of excellent! We previously stayed at the other Airbnb hosted by Luis and both stays were equally lovely. The premises were clean, cozy and beautifully decorated. I LOVED sitting out in the morning to watch the birds and butterflies fly around while drinking my cafecito, definitely the best part. The host was communicative and always made sure to check in on us to make sure we were straight. We felt taken care of as if we were staying at a friend’s place. Recommend 100%!!!!

Really loved our stay! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Spent the days at El Yunque (SO CLOSE!! - 8 min drive without traffic) and our evenings on the farm. We didn’t mind the cold showers (relief from the PR heat!) or noise from the road (we’re city folk). The Cigar Shop, Bar & pizza were awesome for entertainment and easy dinner (+ the mojitos were delicious). The farm cats were quickly made our best friends & the outdoor space was warm and welcoming - reading in the hammock was a highlight.

I am absolutely in love with this place! With so many properties around the island going modern, this property gives old San Juan vibes. While all updated, the use of beautiful architecture in the design is incredible. The location is prime and in walking distance of everything that you need including restaurants, ocean nightlife, and supermarket. The block is incredible again gives authentic Puerto Rican vibes. The hosts are so attentive and take so much pride in ensuring that their guests are while taking care of. HIGHLY recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was very clean and well kept. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances. Bedrooms were neat and tidy. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Couch was comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were clean and bright with towels and soaps. There were even additional beach towels! Overall, we can't wait to stay again! 10/10 recommend!

The Blue Lagoon is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Angel, the host, was truly a blessing. We arrived early, and he let us drop off our bags and even took us to a local store for essentials. He also cut fresh coconuts from the yard for us — sipping coconut water in the morning became a daily treat that made the experience unforgettable. The home itself? Absolutely amazing. The pool, the view, the boat out back, the crisp AC — every amenity was top-notch. The vibe of the home captures the soul of Puerto Rico better than any resort. You’re immersed in local life, surrounded by warm people, and it feels like home in the best way possible. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, this is the ONLY place you should stay. Jenny was a great host, super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She shared great local recommendations, from restaurants to taxi services, and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were a group of 9, and the space was perfect for us. It was clean, cozy, and just as described. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made group meals easy. Would definitely recommend!

Coastal Hideaway in Loiza | Steps to the Sand

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!
