We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was in a great location. Minutes from the the beach and restaurants. Super secure with gated access. The house was super clean and great to have a pool for the hot days. Great spot for some family fun.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Our group of 6 loved staying here. Cyrus was a wonderful host who was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to leave our bags early which really took a load off since the sidewalks are so tight in OSJ. The home was stunning and the large amount of space allowed us to really spread out across different rooms and still maintain a sense of privacy from each other. The stairs to get in were a bit exhausting after a long day, but being able to go to the terrace and look out onto the water, or relax in the reading nook on the other terrace made up for it tenfold. I’m so glad we made the choice to stay here for our first trip to Puerto Rico.

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

Mr.Tom was very welcoming. My flight was changed causing me to arrive hours early before check in was scheduled. I contacted Mr.Tom about this and asked him if it was possible to check in a couple hours early. He was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to check in at an early time. The views that you get outside the villas are actually breath taking and memorable. I will definitely make this my go to spot. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MR.TOM!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly walkable. The area is full of great restaurants, so dining out was a breeze and enjoyable. Plus, having beach access right nearby was a huge plus — we enjoyed spending time relaxing by the ocean. The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing, and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for a relaxing getaway!

Love the place! Great location, great space, clean and modern. The AC was fantastic. Very private and peaceful. I used to live in Old San Juan and I know it can get noise at night, and here, didn’t hear anything. My kids said the sofa bed was so comfortable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Great place and wonderful hosts! Close to everything, parking is a plus and close to major highways for exploration! Condo has a great pool, friendly staff, in a very quiet/peaceful building and direct beach access was amazing! Would recommend!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

Our stay was wonderful with a lot of amenities at your disposal. Also you get very detailed instructions and information on how to check in,house rules and great places to eat and take the kids for fun.

Small cute studio, perfect for a couple. Restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store were all walking distance. The beach is right around the corner. The beach chairs were so convenient. Airport was literally 6 min. Away.

Great place! Had a bachelorette the house was perfect for it. There were 2 apartments and a big house. Clean and very pretty. Will definitely be back!

Cesar was an excellent host. He was especially friendly and communicated well. I am very happy we stayed here while we went to Puerto Rico. The view was beautiful and the interior was excellent. Will definitely stay here when we do come back!
