Updated kitchen and bathroom, washer/dryer, A/C, and all the cooking tools, It is located right next to the Ritz Carlton in a safe and peaceful residential neighborhood. It has a gated free covered parking space and free street parking is also available. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a King day bed, also a sofa bed. Kids friendly beach the apartment is very spacious for the kids.

This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

Incredible location steps from an amazing beach and close to a lot of great restaurants. Very walkable but also easy and fast to hop in an Uber to visit places like Old San Juan and Pinones. The owners are incredibly kind and responsive. Would definitely recommend. I can't think of anything I would change!

Very nice place to stay for vacation in San Juan. Very clean and organized apartment including almost everything you need. Great location close to beach, convenient store and airport. The host, Dakota, is very friendly and helpful. He answered my questions in no time. I will book this place again if I visit San Juan in the future.

This was one of a few times staying at Beatrice’s places. They never disappoint. This one is centrally located to many restaurants, pharmacies, and a grocery store. There’s no need for a car. You can Uber wherever you need to go. We’ll be back.

This 3-bed 2-bath is family friendly apartment in the heart of Condado, just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and nightlife (yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful). The host, Ray, is extremely responsive. The apartment is well furnished and stocked and comes with parking spot. It's a perfect place to stay in San Juan. One detail we missed while booking is that the apartment does not have a dishwasher. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it's almost a given these days, so we were surprised to not find it. However, the apartment listing also clearly states what appliances are there - as I said, we missed this detail while booking. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay again at Ray's place in a heartbeat!

What can I say this was an amazing experience with an equally if not more amazing host. Even through natural disasters (lights out in Puerto Rico) he had any and everything that was required or necessary. The neighborhood is an actual neighborhood and not a tourist trap. Variety of food, bars, convenience stores, gas stations, and light shopping if you need it you can find it within 3-4 blocks. Neighborhood gets quiet and comfortable around 9 ish with good neighbors. But there are still some local spots open. This place puts you in the middle of everything you need no car necessary. Almost forgot to mention less than 3/4 blocks from the beach. I went almost every morning before breakfast. If you are contemplating just jump in and enjoy yourself no language or food barriers just a good time.

Incredible reception and host. This felt like a home alway from home. Teresa was very responsive and helpful. There is also plenty of amenities throughout the stay that made it very comfortable. Location was only 5 min away from the airport and 5 to 10 min away from the beach. Looking forward to staying there in the future and highly recommend.

Great stay! Apartment was as described and very clean. Loved the view and proximity to ocean. The beach chairs and towels were a plus. Also, appreciated the thorough directions on how to get in with photos and detailed descriptions. The security of the building made us feel safe and secure. Overall, the host was a great communicator. Would definitely stay again and would 100% recommend to others !

My daughters and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for SpringBreak. The view of the ocean was awesome, the place was fully equipped with everything you'd need, from beach chairs, coolers, and towels to cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and spices, we felt like we were home. The day of our arrival, the area had experienced a power outage but the hosts were very forthcoming about the problem and kept us updated throughout the day. Upon arrival at 9pm, the power was still out and the host provided flash lights and checked on us continuously. I will recommend anyone to this lovely listing. We'd definitely stay here again.
