I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The place was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from a beautiful beach and walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and a very convenient supermarket. Irina was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’d love to stay here again!

We loved this little space we got. It was perfect for us right by the beach drive and near everything. The jacuzzi was great and clean. Carlos cleans and changes the water regularly which I appreciate. We appreciated having parking and felt safe in a gated community. Carlos was welcoming and I would book him again if I return to PR ❤️ thank you Carlos you made our vacay a breeze

Kyle's place is great. you feel at home there. Location is great . It's in a residential area. Kyle and his wife were very accommodating. The apartment is upstairs from theirs. supermarket is next door. It's easy to get . There is security in the housing development 24/7 so you will always feel safe !! The beds are extremely comfortable, pillows are amazing ! ! The only mild issue I had was the couch is a bit stained and dirty. I just through a sheet over it. The ocean is a 4 minute walk away . I'll return to Kyle's place again next time we go

The Airbnb was in the perfect location for a fun week in PR! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10 minute uber and the walkable beach access was amazing! Would definitely come back!

We are grateful for the hospitality that was extended to us for the duration of our stay here. Unfortunately, we were out of water due to circumstances out of the hosts control for 3 days and while this was an inconvenience, the hosts were very accommodating. We were brought water daily, checked in on and communicated with clearly daily. I would stay here again. We chose to stay despite the circumstances because of how convenient the location was, clean the property was and respectful the hosts were. This is a great choice if you choose this property for your accommodation.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The location was perfect—close to everything you could need, with plenty of restaurants lining the strip and so many activities within a short 15-minute drive. The amenities were top-notch, covering everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience seamless. I would absolutely stay here again!

I really want to thank Manuel for being so welcoming. The Air BNB was located in a great position and so many things were close by, especially the beach. Manuel was helpful from the start and we bumped into him on the property a couple times. Always friendly and provided us with beach gear too. Also gave us a long list of recommendations when we first checked in. I appreciated how thoughtful and resourceful he was to us. Thanks again Manuel!

beautiful views or beach/ocean. lots of activities down below. safe building. only feedback was floors were extremely wet, had to be careful. walls were wet/condensation.

I definitely will stay here again. It was private and very respected. No ruckus or negative energy around there. It was a little tedious to get into the apartment only because you have to use keys a whole lot for all doors and elevator. Other than that, this location has private parking which is perfect if you’re renting a car. I have no complaints about the apartment itself. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Thank you for the stay!

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

The place is super clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful. The position is also perfect, not far from old San Juan and strategic for nearby beaches. The hosts are so incredibly nice, welcoming and respectful - we felt like home the whole time.

This is an excellent property for a vacation in Puerto Rico. The property is situated on Avenida Isla Verde near restaurants and steps away from the beautiful beach. We stayed here while visiting family who also live in the same condominium complex. It was convenient for us, and the condo has updated decor and appliances, it is clean, and the management company is responsive to questions and/or needs. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great location right across the street from Hobie beach and lots of restaurants opened 24/7 at a walking distance. Place was very clean as well! 💙

The apartment fit our needs perfectly (two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room) and was right on the beach. John was the best host we’ve ever met and it was just a pleasure knowing him and being guests at his place. He is kind, generous, helpful and thoughtful and we were lucky to have him as our host. The place is close to many eateries, supermarkets and Isla Verde beach, all within a walking distance. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Very nice place to stay

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved it, second time staying.

Our AB&B experience was fantastic. it was conveniently located on a main tourist strip near great restaurants and souvenirs shops. With a 3 year old we felt safe to walk around at night to grab a quick bite to eat. The police were patrolling with a car on the main road in front of our building to keep traffic moving and make a presence felt. The beach was a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the pool at night before bed time. Overall the unit had everything we needed. The location was perfect to go sightseeing for a day in old San juan. It was close to the airport for a short trip. Most importantly it was a great access point to drive to Rio grande on the new route 66 to visit family. Our Puerto Rico trip was short and sweet. We loved going back to the unit after our day trips. Cold AC, and hot water to shower in a super clean environment. It was the perfect location.
